About This Demo

After graduating from college, Aoi has no prospects in the city. She can't find a job and has no idea what her future holds. That all changes one day when she receives a letter from her grandmother. Her grandmother asks her to take over the small shop in a Tokyo suburb.

To Aoi, that sounds like a perfectly normal job in a perfectly normal place.

Run the store, order new products, restock the shelves, and make sure your customers are happy. But customers don’t just come to shop. Every regular customer has their own stories they want to share with you. Whether it’s an employee who’s always looking for a hot cup of coffee in the morning, just like the one he used to have in Tokyo, or a schoolgirl who always brings the latest school gossip.

Fulfill your regular customers' deepest wishes.

On some nights, you won't be alone in the store, you'll have a supernatural visitor. Each yokai is a mystery in its own right and has its own preferences. Find out what the yokai like and dislike, and use that knowledge to leave a little more good in the world.

Keep the Notebook.

Everything you learn at the konbini is recorded in your notebook. The notebook will fill up with each visit from regulars or yokai, and over time, you’ll surely start to recognize the patterns. You’ll figure out who shows up on which nights and what your regulars like. After a while, some of the comments will suddenly make sense.

You never go outside. Everything you need to know about this magical place will be brought in by someone else.
