A first-person psychological horror where you wake, again and again, inside a facility that studies you. Each cycle the rooms change, the pattern deepens, and something begins to take shape. The longer you observe, the harder it becomes to tell where the simulation ends.

About This Game

You are the subject of an observation.

You wake in a room you have woken in before. A bed. A monitor showing chambers you cannot see with your own eyes. A door that was not there yesterday. You are told to observe. You are not told why.

OBSERVATION PROTOCOL is a first-person psychological horror built around a single question you are never quite allowed to answer: who is watching whom?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

THE CYCLE

Every cycle is a sleep and a waking. The room remains, but the space around it does not — new chambers appear, filled with records left by those who came before. Eighteen cycles. Eighteen versions of a place that refuses to stay the same. On the last of them, a door opens onto a corridor that should not exist. You walk through it. Behind you, the way back is already gone.

DESCENT

Beyond the corridor, the facility unfolds — a labyrinth that follows you, an archive that rearranges itself, a hall of mirrors where your reflection turns to face the wrong way. Each place watches differently. Each place remembers.

THE OBSERVER

At first it is only a glitch in the feed. Then a shape at the edge of the corridor. Then something with a body, standing where a body should not be. It does not always chase. It does not need to. It is learning to take form, and every cycle it is closer to finished.

THREE ENDINGS

The system records everything — where you go, what you touch, how long you look. Nothing is neutral. How you observe is how you are judged, and the ending you reach is the one you have been writing since the first waking.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

THE PATTERN

Some players will finish the game and move on. Others will notice that the numbers are not random. That the same figures repeat across rooms that share no reason to. That the records speak to something older than the facility, and colder than its walls. There is a second game hidden inside the first — one the code does not know it is telling. It leads somewhere. Whether you follow is up to you.

FEATURES

  •  Atmospheric first-person psychological horror across five distinct environments

  •  A monster that does not merely appear — it forms, cycle by cycle

  •  Three endings shaped by how you play, not what you pick from a menu

  •  A hidden layer of numbers, records, and symbols for those who look closer

  •  Cold, monochromatic surveillance aesthetic and a soundscape built to unsettle

  •  Roughly 3 hours of descent — longer, if you stay to read

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The longer you observe, the harder it becomes to tell where the pattern ends and where reality begins.
