Sabotage or Mistake?

WAZATO is a 4-player online party game mixing co-op action with social deduction. You are supposed to work together—but one of you is a Spy secretly trying to make the team fail.

Work together. Watch each other.

Take on 3D minigames chosen by roulette. Was that a clumsy mistake or a quiet act of sabotage? Your friends’ actions, reactions, and excuses become clues. Three Crew cooperate to complete missions, while one Spy blends in and sabotages the team.

Up to five rounds, then a final showdown

During the match, vote for whoever seems suspicious. Three successful missions reveal the Spy and trigger a battle against a boss controlled by that player. The Crew win by defeating the boss. The Spy wins by surviving the time limit or knocking every Crew member out of the arena.

Knock out the Spy in the Brawl Vote!

Three failed missions lead to the Brawl Vote with identities still hidden. The Crew win by knocking the Spy out of the arena. More mission successes give the Crew more knockout tickets. The Spy wins by surviving a 60-second bout, exhausting the Crew’s tickets, or eliminating every Crew member. Rounds that trigger the final showdown skip the suspicion vote.

Requires four online players. There is no built-in voice chat. Connect through an external voice chat to share plans, accusations, and excuses.

Generative AI was used to create artwork for the title screen, lobby background, and some UI decorations. The generated images were selected, edited, and sliced by the development team before being integrated into the game. Generative AI was also used to assist with drafting and editing some mini-game prompts. The game does not use generative AI at runtime and does not connect to external AI services during play.
