Haggle and negotiate prices with customers, earn trust, examine suspicious items, and decide which deals are worth the risk. Some customers have a story to tell and others may have something to hide.

Some objects deserve a closer look. Rotate, zoom, and inspect suspicious weapons, cyberware, relics, and digital devices to uncover points of interest. A damaged serial number. Fresh marks. Hidden details. Small discoveries can reveal valuable evidence and change what you know about an item. Sometimes the truth is hidden in plain sight.

Faction reputation influences customers, pawn item opportunities, and faction requests. Increase your reputation by selling the right items to the right faction or by completing requests through the faction request terminal (Black market).
