About This Game

Hauntbound is an online and local multiplayer horror party game where 2 to 8 players explore a haunted house that builds itself as you play.

Take turns opening doors, revealing new rooms, searching for relics, collecting items, and triggering strange events. Hidden traps can punish careless exploration, while the items you discover may help you survive or give you an advantage over the other players.

Every decision shapes the path ahead, and the house does not always play fair.

Each round, players take turns pushing deeper into the mansion, uncovering new rooms, searching for relics, collecting items, avoiding traps, and triggering unpredictable events.

Every door can reveal something useful, dangerous, or completely unexpected. No two runs follow exactly the same path.

Search, Scheme, and Survive

The things you find inside the house can completely change your plans.

Use powerful items, search for relics, avoid hidden traps, and decide when working together is actually worth it. Help the other players when it suits you, get in their way when it doesn’t, and try to stay one step ahead of both them and the house.

Nothing is guaranteed, and bad decisions can spiral fast.

Minigames Shift the Balance

After exploration, the game shifts into a fast-paced minigame before everyone returns to the house for the next round.

Minigames vary in pace and objectives, forcing players to switch from careful turn-based planning to fast reactions and chaos in an instant.

Then the Haunt Begins

As the group ventures deeper into the house and relics are discovered, the haunt draws closer.

Once triggered, everything changes. A final scenario begins with new objectives, greater danger, and one last opportunity to come out on top.
