What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

We are launching Econosquare in Early Access because the game is built around a persistent economy that needs real players to grow properly. Market balance, progression, institutional roles, banking systems and long-term economic loops all benefit from live feedback and observation.

Early Access lets us test the world with an active community, improve clarity, tune the economy, expand endgame systems and make sure the simulation remains fair, readable and engaging as more players join.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Econosquare to remain in Early Access for approximately one year.

This should give us enough time to observe the persistent economy under real player activity, improve balance, expand institutional roles, refine companies, banks and holdings, strengthen tutorials and progression, and prepare the game for a more complete full release. The timeline may change depending on player feedback and the stability of the live economy.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the core persistent economy, market trading, player progression, skills, client contracts, news, companies, banks, loans and macro systems.

The full version is planned to expand these systems with deeper endgame roles, more advanced company and banking gameplay, stronger player governance, improved market tools, seasonal content, better onboarding, a more polished UI, broader economic events and additional balancing based on live player behavior.

Our goal for the full release is not to replace the Early Access foundation, but to make it deeper, clearer, more stable and more connected as a long-term financial MMOE.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is playable and includes the main foundation of Econosquare: account progression, market trading, portfolios, news, skills, client contracts, companies, banks, loans, macroeconomic systems and a persistent world economy.

Some systems are still being refined, expanded and balanced. Players should expect ongoing updates, interface improvements, economy tuning, new objectives, deeper endgame roles and adjustments based on live feedback during the Early Access period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not currently plan to change the base price during or after Early Access.

If this changes in the future, we will communicate it clearly in advance. Our focus during Early Access is to improve the game, expand its systems and build a stable long-term community.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want the community to be part of Econosquare’s development in a practical way. During Early Access, we will collect feedback through Steam discussions, Discord, in-game observations and regular community updates.

Players will help us identify unclear systems, balance issues, market anomalies, progression problems and features that need better explanation. We also plan to share development notes, economy updates and focused questions about future improvements.

Because Econosquare is built around a persistent economy, player behavior is extremely important. Community feedback will help us tune the game while keeping the simulation fair, coherent and long-term sustainable.”

About This Game

Econosquare is a persistent financial MMOE: a Massively Multiplayer Online Economy where players trade, build capital, read markets, manage companies and shape a living economic world.

Start as a small investor learning how markets move. Follow news, signals, macro indicators and client requests. Build your portfolio across equities, bonds, commodities, currencies, rates, loans and advanced credit products. As your experience, reputation and expertise grow, you can unlock deeper roles: company founder, corporate CEO, banker, holding strategist and institutional mandate holder.

The world of Econosquare is not static. Markets react to inflation, interest rates, credit stress, energy prices, currency pressure, systemic risk, productivity and player behavior. Synthetic companies, banks, Super Bots and future player-led institutions keep the economy moving even when individual players log off.

This is not a rush game. Econosquare rewards patience, timing, analysis and long-term thinking.
