Scavenge the wasteland for powerful gear, experimental technology, unstable relics, and forgotten weapons. Discover procedurally generated loot featuring unique prefixes, suffixes, affixes, and legendary modifiers capable of transforming an entire build. Every run offers new opportunities to experiment, adapt, and discover devastating synergies between weapons, armor, accessories, modules, companions, and Saint abilities.

As abilities reach their full potential, they awaken into Mythic Evolutions that fundamentally change the battlefield. Holy relics unleash cleansing infernos, anomaly storms consume entire enemy waves, and devastating weapon systems transform into instruments of mass destruction. The deeper a run progresses, the more chaotic and spectacular combat becomes.

Beyond the Saints, wandering survivors can be recruited through mysterious radio signals scattered across the wasteland. Their abilities can be mastered directly or brought into battle as AI-controlled companions. Companions gain experience, unlock new behaviors, awaken their powers, and provide powerful support through healing, crowd control, execution abilities, utility effects, and unique build interactions.

Beyond the settlements lies a shattered world waiting to be explored. For those seeking the ultimate challenge, Endless Mode pushes builds beyond their intended limits. Compete through seasonal leaderboards, chase high scores, optimize your loadouts, and discover how far your Saint can survive when the storm never ends.

Junkyard Saints: Scrapstorm also features Twitch Integration, allowing viewers to become part of the wasteland itself. Audiences can vote on events, trigger challenges, influence encounters, spawn special enemies, and directly impact the outcome of a run. Generative AI was used during development as a production tool for portions of the game's source code, music production workflow, and synthetic voice-over generation.

AI-assisted code was reviewed, tested, modified where necessary, and integrated under the direct supervision of the developer. Some music tracks originated from AI-generated compositions or stems and were subsequently edited, arranged, mixed, and produced by the developer.
