About This Demo

Abyssal Lapidary is a workshop management game built around the thrill of appraising rawstones. Each day gives you limited time to turn rough stones into finished jewelry, relying on your eye, your tools, and your craft to earn both money and reputation.

Features:

Ore merchants bring goods of uneven quality. Use tools, experience, and a little luck to pick out the treasures worth your attention.

Work with a variety of tools to chip away waste stone and reveal valuable minerals. Choose the most efficient approach based on each stone's shape and type.

Apply the cutting techniques you learn to facet minerals into gems. Cutting precision and the natural traits of the original mineral both affect its final value. Combine faceted gems with metal fittings to create one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Deep underground, some rawstones display phenomena that do not belong to this world: slow-pulsing crimson veins, strange flowers releasing pollen from mineral surfaces. Their value is beyond measure, but each appraisal draws you closer to a gaze that has slept for ages.

A mysterious monolith, a room that echoes with a heartbeat, and a bottomless pit await. Step by step, uncover the hidden secrets of Vermilion House.
