Why Early Access?

“RED FLAG is a game about people, their decisions, and their behavior under stress.
The best way to make it feel truly alive is to let players influence the development process.

We want to launch the game in Early Access so we can gather feedback, test mechanics, scenarios, and balance, and work together with the community to shape the game into something as engaging and unpredictable as possible.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to continue developing the game in Early Access as we add new content and improve existing systems.

We currently expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months, depending on the scope of future updates, player feedback, and how close the game comes to our vision for the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to gradually add new catastrophe scenarios, each with its own conditions and survival challenges. The game will include more character traits, events, and varied situations that affect the course of each match and the decisions players make.

We also plan to expand the meta-ability system, deepen the endgame mechanics, and continue refining the balance based on player behavior and community feedback.

And of course, the cockroaches will be getting their treats too ;)”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At the moment, RED FLAG already offers a complete core gameplay experience. Players can take part in multiplayer sessions, communicate through voice chat, reveal information about their characters, discuss what is happening, and make decisions through the voting system.

The game already includes the initial Early Access scenarios, events that affect the condition of the shelter, and endgame mechanics that determine the outcome of each match.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do NOT plan to increase the price as new content is added and the game’s features expand.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want to build the game together with our players.

We plan to gather feedback and suggestions, discuss ideas for new scenarios and mechanics, and grow the community through Discord and Reddit.

It is important to us that players do not just play the game, but directly influence what RED FLAG becomes.”

About This Game

🚩 RED FLAG 🚩

A global catastrophe has struck the world. A small group of survivors has taken refuge in an isolated shelter, but there are not enough resources for everyone. Take your seat at the negotiation table and present yourself in a way that convinces the others that you deserve to stay.

Lie, pressure, manipulate – and decide who gets thrown out.

🔻HOW THE GAME WORKS🔻

Welcome!

You find yourself seated at a table with other survivors (from 6 to 12 players).

Each player has hidden information about themselves – their pre-catastrophe profession, skills, phobias, and more.

Over the course of several rounds, players take turns revealing information about themselves, discussing, arguing, and trying to convince the others that they are the ones who deserve to remain in the shelter.

Life Support Systems

You will need to keep an eye not only on the players, but also on the condition of the shelter itself, because during the game its life support systems gradually begin to fail. Every event changes the conditions for survival and can completely turn the game upside down!

Voting

When the discussion ends, the voting begins. Someone will have to leave the shelter.

The remaining players continue until only half of the original survivors are left.

Finale

But even when the number of survivors in the shelter reaches the target value, the game is not over yet!

The finale will reveal whether your choices were the right ones.

And do not worry – even if you fail, the cockroaches will survive anyway!!!

Nuclear Catastrophe

The world has been destroyed by nuclear war. The surface is contaminated with radiation, cities have been wiped off the map, and mutated creatures roam beyond the shelter.

Going outside is almost certain death.
But not everyone inside the shelter will survive either.

Frostpunk

The temperature of the planet is dropping rapidly. Sunlight is fading, cities are buried under snow, and life depends entirely on a heat generator.

If it stops, no one survives.

Threat from Space

An unknown threat has come from space. Attempts to save the planet have failed, and the last remnants of humanity have been evacuated to orbital stations.

No one fully knows what exactly destroyed Earth.

But if the same mistake happens again, there will be no second chance.

The game does not contain sexual scenes, nudity, or depictions of sexual acts. Any 18+ content is limited exclusively to text-based character traits and descriptions shown in the user interface. In rare cases, players may encounter isolated references to adult themes, such as traits or descriptions like “BDSM dominant.” In addition, an “Inventory” card containing 18+ content may appear, and when opened, that item will be placed on the table.
