“The core experience is fully functional.
You can import any image, animate it with AI, and set it as your wallpaper in one click.

You can also browse and use wallpapers from the community.

Animated wallpapers for your desktop. Set one from the community in one click, use your own images and videos, or describe a new one and the app makes it for you.

Over 10,000 wallpapers made by other users, ranked by how many people keep them. New ones are added every day. Set any of them with one click.

MAKE YOUR OWN IN THE STUDIO

Describe what you want in the chat. The Studio makes the picture, changes it when you ask, and animates it into a seamless loop.

  • Describe a scene: "a fluffy cat floating in a forest stream" is enough.

  • Change it: ask for a different time of day, art style or color, or for another one like it.

  • Animate it: a seamless loop made with MiniMax H3, ready in a few minutes.

  • Your own pictures: import any photo or artwork and animate it.

SHARE WHAT YOU MAKE

Publish your wallpapers to the gallery. Every heart one gets from another user earns you extra energy.

ON YOUR DESKTOP

  • A different wallpaper on each monitor (Windows). Portrait and ultrawide screens get wallpapers made in their shape.

  • Pauses while a game or maximized app covers the screen, and resumes when it is visible again.

  • Rotate a collection on a timer, from every 5 minutes to once a day. Shuffle optional.

  • Sits behind your desktop icons.

  • Depth effect: still wallpapers shift in 3D as you move your mouse. You can turn it off.

  • Can keep your Windows lock screen matching your wallpaper.

  • Works offline once wallpapers are downloaded.

  • Windows and Linux.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Community wallpapers and your own files are unlimited and free.

Making wallpapers with AI runs on energy, which refills by itself:

  • 100 energy per day, up to 100 saved up.

  • A picture costs 15 energy.

  • An animation costs 25 energy.

  • Hearts on your published wallpapers earn extra energy.

That is up to 4 animations a day, or about 6 images, or any mix of the two.

If a generation fails due to an error, the energy is returned to you.

Wallpaper Animator uses generative AI. An in-app AI assistant creates wallpapers from your descriptions, edits them, and animates them into looping videos, using third-party AI services and our own servers.
