By using Wallpaper Animator ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.

• Your account is tied to your Steam ID. One account per Steam user.
  
• New accounts receive an initial allocation of free credits for AI generation.
  
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, allocation, or the credit system at any time.

• The App uses third-party AI services (Google, fal.ai) to generate images and videos based on your input.
  
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" with no warranty of quality, accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
  
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  
• We do not claim ownership of content you generate. However, AI-generated content may be subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers.

• You may publish wallpapers to the community gallery, making them freely available to other users.
  
• By publishing, you confirm that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  
• You can unpublish your wallpapers at any time.
  
• We may remove any community content at our sole discretion, including content that is reported by other users or that we consider inappropriate.
  
• We are not liable for user-submitted community content.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers.
  
• Abuse the reporting system or community features.
  
• Circumvent the credit system or authentication.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.


The App, its code, design, and branding are our intellectual property. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to the App itself.


The App relies on third-party services (Steam, Google, fal.ai, Fly.io). Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.


The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.


We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
