MAINTAINER

MAINTAINER is a 4-player co-op survival horror game where one player becomes the traitor.

MATCH RULES

Before each mission begins, every player selects a Match Rule. Once all choices are locked in, the selected match rules become active for the entire operation, changing the mission in unpredictable ways. Some strengthen the traitor, others aid the operators, while some completely alter how the night unfolds.

YOUR CREW ARRIVES AT THE LIGHTHOUSE TO BEGIN ANOTHER NIGHT SHIFT.

Keep the lighthouse operational by refueling the generator, repairing electrical failures, and fixing broken systems.

When night falls, one player is randomly chosen to become the traitor. Hunt down the crew before sunrise, while the survivors work together to keep the lighthouse running and escape by boat.

OPERATORS

Choose from multiple operators, each offering a different way to approach the night.

Unlock new operators through progression and expand your options as you play. However, survival comes with consequences. Losing an operator means losing access to them until they are purchased again.

Choosing who to bring into a match becomes a decision that carries risk.

TRAITORS

No two traitors are ever the same.

As the traitor, you can steal souls from operators and trade them for powerful skills and buffs throughout the match. Build your own ability loadout based on the situation and adapt your playstyle as the game progresses.

Some combinations enhance mobility, while others focus on tracking, hunting, aggression, or disrupting the operators' coordination.

Choosing when to spend your souls and which skills or buffs to unlock is the key to creating your own playstyle and making every match feel different.

  Every match can play by different rules, forcing both Operators and the Traitor to constantly adapt their strategies.

• Randomized Traitor powers
  As the Traitor, collect souls during the match and use them to build a unique combination of skills and buffs. No two Traitors have to play the same way.

• Multiple Operators with unique playstyles
  Choose an Operator with unique abilities and tools, then use movement, teamwork, and your equipment to survive the night.

• Maintain the lighthouse
  Gather fuel, repair critical systems, purify corrupted resources, and keep the lighthouse operational while the Traitor hunts you down.

• Build your character through victories
  Every victory earns progression points that can be invested into character upgrades. Keep playing, keep improving, and develop your own long-term progression.

• Proximity voice chat
  Talk naturally with nearby players. Coordinate repairs, call for help, or try not to scream when something starts chasing you.

• Chaotic, unpredictable matches
  Random Traitors, dynamic rules, random events, randomized powers, different Operators, and player-driven decisions make every match play out differently.

• Cooperation, competition, and relentless pursuit
  Coordinate with your team, make split-second decisions, outplay the Traitor, and survive long enough to make it to extraction.
