What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to develop Silentia together with the community. Player feedback will play a key role, especially in balancing, gameplay variety, and potential new mechanics. Throughout Early Access, we plan to grow the game through regular updates shaped by community input.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Silentia to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months. This timeframe may change depending on the scope of feedback, balance adjustments, and the overall state of the content we aim to refine. Our priority is not to rush, but to deliver a stable and well-balanced experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, our goal is to offer a more polished, balanced, and content-rich version of Silentia. We plan to expand gameplay variety on both the Monster and player sides, while further refining core systems.

We also aim to deepen the sound-driven mechanics, improve the user interface, and continue optimizing performance. Feedback gathered during Early Access will directly influence balance updates and overall improvements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is in an Alpha state. The core gameplay loop is playable, including multiplayer functionality, the monster and survivor roles, and the main objective systems.
For a full list of currently implemented features, please refer to the “About This” section on the store page.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the price during Early Access.
We plan to increase the price when the game leaves Early Access and fully releases (1.0).”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will directly influence gameplay balance, mechanic adjustments, and feature priorities during Early Access. Player suggestions and discussions may help shape future content updates and improvements.
We plan to actively communicate through Steam Community discussions, update posts, and our official Discord server, where players can share feedback and follow development progress.”

About This Game

In Silentia, the monster is blind. It sees only what it hears.

A blind predator stalks these woods, and it hunts by sound alone. In this asymmetric multiplayer horror, one player takes control of Krav while everyone else fights to stay alive and get out. Move in silence and it will never know you're there. Make a sound, and it comes for you.

HUNT AS KRAV

You're blind, and sound is the only sense you have. The survivors are out there, hidden in the dark, and you won't see a single one of them, not until they make a sound. Any noise loud enough flares across your vision as a ripple, pointing you straight to it. And every sound you hear feeds you, making you stronger. So let them run. Let them panic. The more noise they make, the closer they pull you in.

SURVIVE IN SILENCE

To the monster, you don't even exist, not until you make a sound. Sprint, smash something, shout, and a ripple shoots straight to it, giving away exactly where you are. Stay slow, stay quiet, and you stay invisible. Keep your noise under control, get your objectives done, and slip out before you make the one sound that gets you killed. Here, survival comes down to how quietly you can move.

YOUR VOICE BETRAYS YOU

3D proximity voice chat lets you talk to your team, call out threats, and plan your next move, but the monster is always listening. Push your voice too far and your own mic turns into a beacon, drawing Krav right to you. Talking can keep you alive. It can just as easily get you killed.

FIGHT BACK

You're not defenseless. The tools to fight back are scattered across the map. Set up the sonic devices, place them right, and use the monster's own hearing against it. Escaping is one way to win. Putting the thing down for good is another.

LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND

Krav grabbing a teammate isn't the end. Hit it with anything you can throw, a bottle, a brick, whatever's on hand, and the stun forces it to let go. Caught yourself with no one coming? As long as you've still got something to throw, you can free yourself. Just mind your aim, because a bottle drops a survivor just as hard as it drops the monster.

NEVER THE SAME

Objectives, items, and escape routes change every single match. One round you're repairing a car, the next you're getting a boat running, and sometimes it's something else entirely. Whatever it is, you have to pull it off before the monster closes in, and you never know what's waiting until you're already in it.

THE HUNT AWAITS

  • Asymmetric multiplayer horror: one blind monster against a team of survivors, up to eight players per match
  • A sound-based perception system where survivors stay invisible until they make a sound
  • Full 3D proximity voice chat that becomes part of the gameplay itself
  • Fight back and kill the monster, or escape in silence
  • Randomized objectives, items, and escape routes for high replayability
  • Full localization, available in multiple languages

The monster is blind. Don't give it a reason to find you.
