What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to develop Silentia together with the community. Player feedback will play a key role, especially in balancing, gameplay variety, and potential new mechanics. Throughout Early Access, we plan to grow the game through regular updates shaped by community input.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Silentia to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months. This timeframe may change depending on the scope of feedback, balance adjustments, and the overall state of the content we aim to refine. Our priority is not to rush, but to deliver a stable and well-balanced experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, our goal is to offer a more polished, balanced, and content-rich version of Silentia. We plan to expand gameplay variety on both the Monster and player sides, while further refining core systems.

We also aim to deepen the sound-driven mechanics, improve the user interface, and continue optimizing performance. Feedback gathered during Early Access will directly influence balance updates and overall improvements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is in an Alpha state. The core gameplay loop is playable, including multiplayer functionality, the monster and survivor roles, and the main objective systems.
For a full list of currently implemented features, please refer to the “About This” section on the store page.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the price during Early Access.
We plan to increase the price when the game leaves Early Access and fully releases (1.0).”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will directly influence gameplay balance, mechanic adjustments, and feature priorities during Early Access. Player suggestions and discussions may help shape future content updates and improvements.
We plan to actively communicate through Steam Community discussions, update posts, and our official Discord server, where players can share feedback and follow development progress.”

About This Game

Stay Silent!

Silentia is an asymmetric multiplayer horror game where silence is the only rule for survival. Choose your side: Hunt as the blind monster Krav, tracking every sound to unleash terror, or become one of the survivors, forced into silence.

Krav: Master of Darkness

As Krav, you are the flawless creation of an ancient darkness. Your vision is limited, but every sound you hear fuels your rage and sharpens your sight. When your rage peaks, the darkness gives way to deadly clarity. No shadow can hide your prey anymore.

Every Sound is Deadly

In Silentia, your presence is measured by the noise you make. The softness of grass or whispers may feel safe, but stepping on a broken branch or letting out a frightened scream becomes a glowing target in Krav's darkness and a death sentence for you. You and the other survivors must move carefully and complete objectives quietly to escape this nightmare. Remember: the more noise you make, the faster Krav hunts you.

Randomized Objectives and Item Spawns

Each match in Silentia presents a new unknown. Objective types, objective locations, and item spawn points are randomized every game, so memorization alone won’t save you. You’ll need to adapt your strategy and react to changing conditions to survive.

Core Features

  • Krav’s Abilities

As a hunter, you have unique abilities. Use echolocation to briefly reveal certain areas or uncover hiding spots where survivors are concealed. Leverage these and other hunting skills to turn silence into a nightmare for your prey.

  • Volumetric Fog and Light Beams
Volumetric fog and light beams shape the atmosphere of Silentia. Dense fog limits visibility, while beams of light cutting through the darkness heighten the tension.

  • 3D Spatial Voice Chat
Communication is entirely physical in Silentia. With proximity chat, your voice fades with distance, sounds muffled behind walls, and echoes in wide spaces. Watch your tone. Krav can hear you.

  • Flashlight and Frequency Device
Use your flashlight to find your way in the dark, and the Frequency Device to stun the monster. You can also use it to rescue a captured teammate. The device runs on batteries scattered across the map, so use them strategically and be prepared for critical moments.
