Why Early Access?

“Runemoria – Blades of Memory is being developed with community feedback at its core. Early Access allows players to help shape combat balance, PvP systems, progression pacing, unit balance, and future gameplay mechanics while the game continues to grow.

We want to work closely with the community to refine the tactical memory combat experience and expand the game's RPG and multiplayer systems over time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Runemoria – Blades of Memory to remain in Early Access for approximately 12–18 months, depending on development progress and community feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include additional game modes, new commanders and soldiers, more equipment and skills, expanded PvP features, improved progression systems, additional enemy types, visual improvements, more strategic board mechanics, and overall gameplay polish.

We also plan to improve accessibility, balancing, UI/UX, and long-term replayability throughout development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the core gameplay systems of Runemoria – Blades of Memory, including tactical memory-based combat, squad building, RPG progression, equipment systems, unlockable skills, and playable PvP functionality.

Players can build squads using a Commander and Soldiers, participate in battles, unlock progression systems, and experience the foundation of the game's strategic gameplay loop.

Additional content, balance updates, polish, and features will continue to be added during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price may increase after Early Access as additional content, systems, and features are added to the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will play an important role throughout development. We plan to gather player feedback through Steam Discussions, testing, gameplay feedback, balancing discussions, and future updates.

Player suggestions and feedback will help prioritize improvements, balance adjustments, new features, and future content throughout Early Access.”

Runemoria – Blades of Memory is a tactical memory RPG where every flipped card can change the outcome of battle.

Uncover matching pairs to attack enemies, activate abilities, and build devastating combos. The more pairs you uncover, the more damage your squad unleashes.

Build your team using 1 Commander and 3 Soldiers, each with their own stats, equipment, weapons, and unlockable skills. Customize your strategy and adapt your squad for different enemies, encounters, and PvP battles.

Memory is your greatest weapon — but mistakes can leave your team vulnerable.
