Why Early Access?

“To develop Car Parking Multiplayer 2, we need the direct involvement of the PC community. Early Access allows us to test optimization on various computer configurations, gather feedback on the updated controls and interface, and promptly fix bugs, steering the project in the right direction together with the players.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan for the game to be in Early Access for about 1–2 years until we bring the PC version to a stable and polished technical state.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“By the time the game reaches its full release, we plan to add custom keybinding settings, comprehensively adjust and polish the user interface, fix as many bugs as possible, and consistently keep the game version at parity in terms of content with the mobile platform.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, the game contains almost all the content of the mobile version, including levels, single-player mode, racing modes (Drag, Circuit, Le Mans, and Rally), a full range of cars with tuning, and all locations. Most importantly, it features fully functional cross-platform multiplayer with mobile devices and cross-platform progression saving.
We have completely reworked the controls for keyboard and mouse input, gamepads, and racing wheels, upscaled texture resolutions, updated the interface, added on-screen prompts, and implemented a variety of new, exclusive Steam achievements.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is free-to-play and will remain free both during Early Access and after the full release.”

“Our primary channel for feedback is the official Discord server, as well as the Steam Community discussions. We actively review player feedback to understand which interface or control elements need improvement first.”

In game development, artificial intelligence is used solely as a supporting tool. We employ neural networks to enhance and refine 2D art (loading screens and promo banners) created using our in-game screenshots, after which they undergo manual color correction and artifact removal. AI also assists us with translating in-game text and generating the announcer's voice for racing modes. All key game elements, including 3D car models, tuning, and the open world, are created entirely by hand by our team.
