What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Vice Club Simulation is a growing management game, and Early Access allows us to expand the club systems, add more depth, and fine-tune balance with direct player feedback. We want to shape the game together with the community while actively developing new features, content, and improvements.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep Vice Club Simulation in Early Access for 2-4 months. This may change depending on feedback and development progress, but our goal is to reach a polished full release once the core systems and content are complete.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include:

- More staff and dancer variety
- Expanded club customization and upgrades
- Deeper guest behavior and management systems
- Additional progression and quality-of-life improvements”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes core gameplay such as hiring staff, decorating the club, managing line-ups, handling guests, and earning money. New content and features will be added regularly during development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price of Vice Club Simulator will increase when the game leaves Early Access. Early Access players will receive all future updates at no additional cost and benefit from a lower entry price while the game is still in development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Player feedback is extremely important to us. We plan to actively listen to club management suggestions, economy balance feedback & bug reports through bug and suggestion reports via Steam Discussions, the Steam Community Hub comments/messages, and the email address listed on our game’s Steam page, and adjust the game accordingly throughout Early Access. Even though we are a small team, we are committed to answering questions and feedback on a weekly basis.”

About This Game

RUN THE NIGHT. SOMEHOW MAKE IT TO MORNING.

Vice Club Simulator is a first-person nightclub management simulator where you try to turn a small strip club into the hottest spot in town. Walk the floor, get everything ready for opening, unlock the doors, and run the night yourself.

WHO'S TAKING THE STAGE TONIGHT?

Build tonight's lineup. Keep an eye on special dates, events, and your changing clientele. Choose which dancers and staff will work, and pick the outfits. Match trends in styles, body types, and clothing to your customers' individual tastes to boost your tips.

Watch their energy. Your dancers tire as they work, and their performance suffers. Without rest, they may faint on stage and be unable to work for several days. Plan who works and who rests. After closing, you can massage only one dancer each night to restore their energy and help them recover faster.

Get to know your dancers. After closing each night, spend some one-on-one time chatting with one of your dancers. Get to know their personality and choose your responses carefully. Gifts raise your bond level faster; stronger bonds mean higher motivation, better performances, and more income.

STOCK THE BAR. FILL THE TILL.

Stock and production. Buy drinks, arrange the bottles wherever you like on the shelves, and get ready to open. Customers don't order based on your stock; a missing drink means lost orders, customers, and income. Produce your own alcohol to increase your profit margin. Don't ask too many questions about the label.

VIP service. Choose a dancer who matches each customer's preferences, arrange private dances in the VIP rooms, and keep the champagne and service flowing. Keep the rooms occupied and the customers happy; poor choices cost you tips and income.

Play a little dirty. Unlock pickpocketing at the management computer and try swiping valuable accessories such as watches and necklaces. Pull it off, and the extra cash is yours. Get caught, and the customer may leave with all the money they would have spent for the rest of the night. It's risk management, after all.

YOU WEREN'T EXPECTING A QUIET NIGHT, WERE YOU?

You don't have to handle every job yourself. At first, you'll handle orders, cleaning, and problems yourself. As you earn money, hire waiters to deliver orders from the bar to the tables, cleaners to tackle the trash and mess, and security to prevent trouble and throw out disruptive customers. Invest in your team and make time to manage.

Control the chaos. Deal with customers who vomit, pee where they shouldn't, start fights, harass dancers, or take unauthorized photos, or call security. Prioritize your response to burst pipes, floods, power outages, and fires. Act too late and service suffers, customers leave, and your rating drops. The bill for those disasters arrives at the end of the night, too.

The internet never forgets. At the end of the night, customers leave reviews about the service, dancers, the state of the club, and any incidents. Good reviews raise your average star rating and bring in more customers on future nights. Bad ones may leave you staring at plenty of empty chairs.

FROM A SMALL CLUB TO THE HOTTEST SPOT IN TOWN

Put your earnings back into your club. Unlock new dancers, drinks, outfits, staff, and decorations; recruit new dancers to expand your roster. Buy furniture, change the lighting, upgrade the stages, and redesign different areas to suit your style. As you grow, expect more customers, income, and opportunities, along with more orders and a bigger team to manage.

Yes, there's a cat too. Feed it, pick it up, and play with its toys and a laser pointer. Or watch it tour the club on a robot vacuum while you rush from crisis to crisis. Maybe it's the only one here who's figured life out.
