What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access gives us the chance to test balance, polish the creation tools, and build the game around real player feedback instead of assumptions.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Our current plan is to stay in Early Access for 12–18 months. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version plans to have the core systems: custom ability creation, multiplayer battles, and social hub for experimenting with new spells.

The full version hopes to have additional polish, expanded customization options, and any gameplay changes implemented from player feedback. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is in very early development. Right now you can experiment with ability creation, test spells, and play multiplayer matches, but features are limited and bugs should be expected. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We always want the price to remain as low as possible! So the price won't change when it goes to a full version. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will drive development. We plan to:

Run regular playtests and surveys to gather feedback on balance and mechanics.

Maintain an open channel (Discord, forums, etc.) where players can share ability designs, report issues, and suggest new features.

Highlight community-created spells and ideas in-game, so players feel directly part of shaping the world.

Share transparent development updates so players can see what’s coming next.”

About This Game

Forge your own magic. Fight your own battles.

Magehold Online is a multiplayer action game where every ability is crafted by the players themselves. Instead of a fixed spellbook, you build your own arsenal from the ground up, combining elemental forces, shaping them into physical forms, and unleashing them in chaotic battles.

Choose from five elemental powers! Fire, water, ice, air, and stone. Then shape them into five unique forms: dagger, sphere, disk, dome, or wall. Adjust the size, density, and energy of each creation, then bind forces to fling them, ride them, or crush your enemies. Each ability can summon up to five conjured objects, giving you near-limitless room for experimentation.

Then take your creations into intense 4v4 and 8v8 arena battles, where players clash using only the abilities they’ve designed. Every duel becomes a test of creativity, timing, and strategy. No two fights ever play out the same.
