Why Early Access?

“We want to make a great game, and although the game is ready to be played, it may have unwanted bugs and glitches that we don't want in it. We want the game to be completely refined, before the full release of it. We know that bugs can ruin a playing experience, and we want the game to feel and look as best as it can. We are ready for the commitment of continuing to work on King's Devotion, receive any and all feedback specifically from you the player, and am excited to continue to work on King's Devotion even after Early Access has ended for years to come. We are dedicated here at Radiant Gaming to creating the best quality games out there, which is why we are releasing in Early Access, to gain valuable insight into our game from you the player, ranging from anything regarding to the balance of the game, the way it's setup, or simply an unwanted bug. Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan on the game being in Early Access until we feel the game is rounded out and is ready to release more content to King's Devotion, we hope and plan on achieving this sometime around August of 2026. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan on releasing more content including but not limited to: more Story Campaigns, playable characters both Heroes and Minions, and brand new Challenges. We also plan on releasing Event based updates such as Holiday or Season themed Events.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is ready to be played and offers a complete Campaign, and many Challenges to try with over 90+ characters. King's Devotion also has a Player-vs-player Arena to see who the strongest truly is, see the "About This" section for more information. The game, however, may have unforeseen bugs and glitches in it, which we want to fix before the full release. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're not planning on changing the price when we leave early access, the game should continue to be free-to-play. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want the community to help us by several means. We want the players to love playing King's Devotion, so if there is any suggestions for the balancing of the game or how the game feels and looks, we would love hear to them, and if we agree, we will be glad to implement them into King's Devotion. If you want to share any thoughts about King's Devotion, join our Discord which can be found here on Steam or our homepage (Discord is listed at the bottom). There are also bug report options within the game itself, making it easy to report any findings or problems you encounter while playing, which can be found in the "Settings" menu.
