End User License Agreement (EULA)
King’s Devotion

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User,” “you”) and Radiant Gaming LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By installing, downloading, or using King’s Devotion (“Game”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Game on authorized devices/platform accounts
Use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only (but not including Streaming or Recording (“video”), or uploading your video of the Game to social platforms)
You obtain no ownership of the Game or its content.[/list]
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
Attempt to access or modify server functionality or game databases
Circumvent anti-cheat, DRM, or security protections
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Game
Create derivative works based on the Game without written consent
Use the Game for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent
Any violation may result in account suspension, loss of access, or legal action.
3. Online Features & Accounts
To play the Game it may require:
An internet connection
An account with us or a platform provider (e.g., Steam, mobile store)
You are responsible for:
Your login credentials
Activity under your account
Ensuring the security of your device and network
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue online functionality at any time without your consent.
4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (“IAP”), including (but not limited to):
Virtual currency
Cosmetic items
Gameplay unlocks
Battle passes or season content
4.1 Payment
All purchases must be made through approved platform billing systems.
All sales are final unless required by local law or platform policy.
4.2 No Real-World Value
Virtual items:
Have no real-world monetary value
Are licensed, not owned
May be changed, modified, or removed without compensation and without your consent.
4.3 Purchases by Minors
Parents/guardians are responsible for all authorized or unauthorized purchases made from their device or account.
5. Standards of Behavior
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you agree not to engage in:
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
Obscene, sexual or explicit content
Cheating, exploiting bugs, botting, or modifying game files
Impersonating other players, developers, or moderators
Sharing personal information of yourself or others
Uploading content that includes copyrighted or illegal material
Disruptive behavior such as spamming, griefing, or malicious gameplay
We may moderate content, remove offending material, and take enforcement actions including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
6. Updates & Patches
We may make updates, patches, or modifications automatically to the Game without your consent.
These may:
Add or remove features
Enhance gameplay or security
Disable unauthorized modifications
You consent to these updates as part of using the Game.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated content—including music, characters, story, artwork, code, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Radiant Gaming LLC or its licensors.
This Agreement grants no intellectual property rights other than the license described in Section 1.
8. Data Collection
Use of the Game may involve the collection of data such as:
Device information
Gameplay statistics
Crash reports
Online identifiers
All data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
9. Health & Safety Notice
Gameplay may include:
Flashing lights or patterns that may trigger seizures
Fast-paced action and sound effects
Prolonged sessions that may cause discomfort
You agree to:
Take regular breaks
Stop playing if you experience dizziness, nausea, or headaches
Follow any platform-specific safety instructions
10. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous or error-free operation
We also make no warranty or representation that this game is free of malicious programming, including malware, trojan horses, etc..
You assume all risks associated with using the Game.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
Interrupted or unavailable service
Device or hardware issues caused by use of the Game
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate your access if:
You violate any part of this Agreement
Required by law or platform policy
Upon termination:
You must cease using and uninstall the Game
No refunds or compensation will be provided
Virtual items and progress may be permanently lost
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Idaho.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of Idaho, unless local consumer protection regulations require otherwise.
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this EULA periodically (if the changes are deemed insignificant then we may not notify the User about the changes).
Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
