ONE BYE ONE is an 8-player psychological horror party royale where the only light comes from your flashlight… and your friends can’t be trusted.

8 survivors. 7 doors. The survivors scramble through total darkness, forming shaky alliances to stay alive. A beast is controlled by another player stalking the halls, striking without warning.

THE TWIST:
Every time the beast kills a survivor, a new room is unlocked. YOU are the key. Your death opens the path forward… but it also brings your friends closer to their own.

• 8-Player PvP – One player hunts as the beast, the rest try to survive.

• YOU Are the Key – Death unlocks new areas, forcing everyone to rethink alliances.

• Total Darkness – See only with flashlights… or stay hidden in the shadows.

• Alliances & Betrayals – Work together just long enough to outlast the others.

• Only 1 Winner – Survive the beast and the survivors to escape alive.

Will you work with others to open the way… or use them as bait?
