About This Game

It was never meant to be understood. 

X300 is a first-person psychological survival horror game set across and beneath the Australian Outback.

Search for your missing brother across a fenced Cold War base, survive the hostile desert and find a way into the underground Facility below. Explore abandoned installations, scavenge limited resources, operate analogue machinery and solve environmental puzzles while something watches how you respond.

Out here, roads do not always lead where they should, the wildlife has changed, the horizon sometimes moves and the Facility is still issuing orders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Explore an open Australian desert region and its abandoned military installations.

• Search camps, roads and surface structures for clues, supplies and ways underground.

• Find alternate entrances into the Facility beneath the desert.

• Survive heat, isolation, altered wildlife and environmental threats.

• Learn to read the landscape and take shelter before conditions turn deadly.

• Operate analogue Cold War machinery, security systems and industrial equipment.

• Solve environmental puzzles and uncover classified records, personal journals and forgotten experiments.

• Shift between X300’s decaying present and its operational 1956 past.

• Search for your missing brother while the Facility watches your every move.

Every decision you make contributes to a classified psychological profile.

The Facility records what you investigate, what you ignore, who you trust, whether you obey and how you respond under pressure.

At the end of X300, the Facility generates a personalised dossier based on the way you played and the person it believes you became.
