Set within a fantastical realm of dreams based on ancient Arabian mythology, HALIMA is an emotional, story-focused, character-driven puzzle platforming adventure game about conquering one's inner fears, and in the process, restoring a broken world to its former majesty.

Play as Halima, a young priestess who journeys into the dream world to seek answers for her people, only to become trapped within its shifting layers. Symbols repeat, paths fold back on themselves, and ancient forces watch from the dark. To escape, she must learn how the dream speaks, exploring deeper to reveal hidden truths buried beneath the Nightmare.

Explore a world visually built around clay, fabric, sand, paper, metal, and wood. The environments in HALIMA were lovingly handcrafted with a Claymation-inspired feel. Every ritual space, ruined structure, cryptic character, and symbolic artifact was carefully sculpted to capture the essence of true stop motion media by our small indie team.

Move and platform through these strange ever-shifting desert dreamscapes, where every object, pattern, and creature carries meaning, and the world itself reinforces its own presence.

Forgotten memories and broken artifacts lay scattered across the dream. To master this realm, it is your duty to recall and mend them.

Traverse, observe, and uncover lost fragments of lore one puzzle at a time. Every piece restored returns the dream world to its natural state, clearing the path to venture even deeper, where the darkness waits and more challenging puzzles are found.

This world is not empty and you are not alone. Across the dreamscapes can be found various Jinn, denizens of the dream, who may guide Halima on her way. However, each of them warn of an adversary she must confront: the Nightmare. He stalks the deepest parts of the dream, corrupting its sacred places, and he knows she is here.

Halima must evade the Nightmare Jinn through tense chase sequences, where she is forced to run, hide, and survive moments when the dream turns against her.
