About This Game

You're an octopus. You're a Smart Fella. Hold E to copy the colours and patterns of coral, rock, kelp or sand right onto your skin, then strike a pose to pass as part of the reef.

The divers (the Fart Smellas) can't see you on radar. They have to spot you with their own eyes, and one spear-gun hit is all it takes. Miss, and the spear sticks in the scenery until they pull it out.

Octopuses must eat to win, so you can't just sit still all round. Dash away, ink a diver's face, or grab on to their back and ride along where they'll never look.

A round lasts 10 minutes. The divers win by spearing every octopus. The octopuses win if even one of them is still alive when time runs out.

The octopus 3D model and its textures were made with an AI 3D tool (Meshy), then cleaned up, re-rigged and animated by hand. Everything else (the divers, the reef, the sounds and the writing) was made without generative AI. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
