Why Early Access?

“We chose to release Store Life Simulator in Early Access because we want to develop the game together with our community.

Managing a store involves many interconnected systems, and player feedback is especially important for understanding which mechanics work well, which need improvement, and which new features could make the experience more enjoyable.

During Early Access, we will use community feedback to fix bugs, improve performance, balance the economy, refine existing systems, and develop new content.

We want players to follow the game's development and contribute through their suggestions, opinions, and bug reports.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep Store Life Simulator in Early Access for approximately 12 to 24 months.

This is an estimate and may change depending on the development of planned features, community feedback, game stability, and the amount of content we want to deliver before the 1.0 release.

Our goal is not simply to meet a specific date, but to ensure that the final version provides a complete, stable, and sufficiently polished experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already allows players to experience the core store management gameplay loop.

In the current version, players can manage a store, purchase and organize products, restock shelves, set prices, serve customers, use checkout counters, hire employees, and invest in growing their business.

During Early Access, we plan to expand these systems and add new content while improving the overall balance and quality of the experience.

We plan to work on areas such as:

New products and categories.
New equipment and furniture.
New customization options.
Improvements to customer and employee systems.
Expanded management options.
New stores and content related to business expansion.
Progression and economy improvements.
Performance optimization.
Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Some features or changes may be modified during development based on community feedback. Therefore, this list represents our current goals and does not guarantee that every feature will be implemented exactly as described.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version of Store Life Simulator already allows players to experience the core store management and expansion gameplay loop.

Players can begin developing their business, purchase and organize products, place and manage equipment and furniture, restock shelves, and set product prices.

Customers can visit the store, search for and purchase products, and head to the checkout counters to complete their purchases. Players can monitor how their store operates and work to improve the customer experience and overall business performance.

The current version also includes progression and economy systems, inventory management, products across different categories, checkout counters, customers, employees, and opportunities to expand the business.

Employees can help with different store tasks, allowing players to delegate part of the workload as the business grows.

The game also includes a daily cycle, allowing players to manage the store during the day, close operations, and prepare for the following day.

The current version represents the playable foundation of Store Life Simulator, but the game is still in development. We are continuously working on adding content, improving existing systems, balancing the experience, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not currently plan to increase the price of Store Life Simulator when it leaves Early Access.

The price may, of course, be subject to occasional promotions and discounts during Early Access and after the 1.0 release.

If this policy changes in the future, we will communicate the change to the community in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will play an important role in the development of Store Life Simulator.

We will follow player feedback through Discord and other community channels, where players will be able to:

Report bugs and technical issues.
Suggest new features.
Share ideas for improving existing mechanics.
Provide feedback on the economy and game balance.
Share opinions about the management experience.
Suggest quality-of-life improvements.

We also plan to share development updates and keep the community informed about important changes.

Feedback will be reviewed throughout development and may influence future changes and priorities. While we cannot implement every suggestion, we want to maintain close and transparent communication with our players.”
