What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The core of the Simulator is mostly done and good enough for training purposes. There is currently one Map playable as shown in the screenshots and trailer video.

I have now started adding content like Maps, different Drones, smaller Features and polishing the game in general.

This phase will take a while, and I'm looking for early community feedback to help me prioritze what to add next.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“3-6 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Currently planned is:
  • More maps
  • Custom map editor
  • MacOS Support
  • Better graphics and interface
  • Moving obstacles to practice chasing, Drift cars etc.
  • Add more physics presets (only 5" Freestyle for now)
  • And a couple surprises that I don't want to leak yet 👀

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

  • There are 3 Maps, all re-creations of reallife spots, with 1:1 scale
  • Multiplayer and spectating works
  • Drone physics can be tweaked on a high level (Power, Weight, Camera angle, Camera FoV)
  • Hidden physics settings are based on a 5" Freestyle quad
  • Performance is solid and supporting low-end computers is very important to me. It runs with 50-70 FPS and no lag spikes on my laptop with AMD Vega 8 iGPU. If you want to play it on even lower spec hardware, just let me know and I can optimize it further.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I'm not planning to change the Price”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Feature requests and bug reports can be submitted via Discord or Social media”

About This Game

A good FPV Simulator needs 3 things

1. Accurate and realistic physics

2. Good maps that replicate real-life conditions

3. A fun multiplayer, because flying alone is boring

There are other simulators that do 1 or 2 of those quite well, but none really do it all for me.

So in 2024 I started with a little prototype to see if it's possible and quickly had something that already felt better than most other simulators.

At the start of this year I decided to go all-in and actually try to make it happen.

Current state of the game

1. Physics

I've replicated my own itsFPV ERA 5" quad mostly based on feel, and every time I compare it to real-life footage or Blackbox logs, it's within a few percentage points.

The map choice is also very intentional with it being my home spot where I've flown more than 1000 packs, so I can compare it 1:1 to real-life.

All my Pro-pilot friends who tried it so far can also fly as well as in real-life without having to get used to the Sim first or spending hours dialing in the settings.

The default settings are my personal settings, but you can change the Weight and Power to your liking.

2. Maps

There is currently one map, a replica of my home spot. It's still missing some finer details and a proper surrounding environment, which is actively being worked on.

Going forward, most official maps will be replicas of real spots, and there will be a Custom map builder and Steam Workshop support for whatever crazy training parks you want to build.

3. Multiplayer

The best way to get better and find inspiration is by spectating other pilots. With picture-in-picture spectate mode you can spectate multiple other pilots on the side, while still flying yourself. You can also switch to fullscreen at any time of course.

The multiplayer currently supports up to 32 players on a single server.

Near-term roadmap

  • Drift cars

  • Proper environment around the map

  • Fixed-wing and another special drone that doesn't exist in any Sim yet 👀

  • A second map with a real spot

  • Custom map editor

The game is far from finished, but development is very quick with big features being added every couple of days. And it's only getting quicker as I get more comfortable with 3D modeling and game development in general.

By buying the game in the early stages you can support the development in a huge way, and hey, maybe you'll get a little something in return at some point ;)
