Move your party across a sprawling map of Napoli. Every location and landmark you reclaim—from the local Hospital to the National Museum—grants your party powerful and unique Perks. After each victory, you must choose: search the area for vital supplies and new survivors, or make camp to rest, heal, and prepare for the dangers ahead.

Forget repetitive card plays! Our Card Modifiers feature adds exciting new dimensions to your runs. Instead of encountering the same "Cleave" repeatedly, you might find a "Limitless Cleave" that can be upgraded infinitely, or a "Mega Cleave" that costs more energy but deals massive damage.

A dynamic Weather System featuring rain, thunderstorms, heatwaves, and sandstorms will directly impact combat, altering elemental effectiveness and forcing you to adapt your strategies on the fly.

Safety at camp is temporary and must be used wisely. Use Food items to replenish your party's energy, but ration carefully—exhaust your supplies and you risk Starvation. With a limited number of actions, every choice counts. Do you use Medical supplies to reduce Stress and treat Injuries, or spend time with Books to permanently improve your combat abilities?
