Miksi Early Access?

Going with Early Access gives us the opportunity to integrate player insights and suggestions as we continue to develop and refine the game. As a dedicated fan of roguelikes, we are aware of the importance of fine-tuning game balance, and player feedback and ideas will be invaluable in shaping Path of Alpha.

As the game progresses from Early Access to the full version, we plan on expanding the game's content and introducing new game mechanics.

Currently, the Early Access version features 9 playable characters each with unique set of cards and over 60 different enemies. There are three locations with 10 weather types.

In the encroaching darkness, survival is a gamble.

Will You Last the Night is a roguelike deckbuilder where party-based exploration is a part of the core experience, marked by a blend of tension and a constant sense of risk and reward. Discover a treasure trove of cards, each with unique abilities and synergies. Every choice matters, and every encounter brings new opportunities to refine your strategy.

Master the Elements

Harness ten elements – Water, Fire, Plant, Light, Dark, Ice, Lightning, Earth, Air and Psychic – to unleash devastating elemental reactions. Will you vaporize Water with Fire, electro-charge it with Lightning, or freeze it with Ice? Your mastery of the elements will give you the upper hand in battle and exploration.

Interact with the Otherworldly

The world teems with eldritch plants and spirit totems. These otherworldly objects can offer powerful boons or perilous curses. Will you risk interacting with them, or will you play it safe?

Adapt to the Weathers

Rain, snow, thunderstorms, heatwaves, sandstorms... The dynamic weather system will test your adaptability. Some weather conditions favor certain monsters or elemental attacks, so choose your cards wisely and seize the advantage!

Build Your Dream Team

Assemble your party from over 9 unique heroes, each with their own specialized deck of cards. Experiment with different team combinations to find the perfect team to overcome any challenge.

Diverse Encounters

The path ahead is shrouded in mystery. Stumble upon unexpected events and encounter enigmatic strangers with their own tales to tell. Every step brings new surprises and opportunities.

Craft and Conquer

Forge an arsenal of weapons, reagents, and relics to aid you in battle and exploration. The right tools can make all the difference in your fight for survival.

Dynamic Deckbuilding

With each journey, you'll discover a vast array of cards to add to your deck. Cards often have powerful interactions with each other, encouraging you to build powerful combos that can quickly overwhelm enemies.

Endless Replayability

No two journeys are the same. The layout, enemies, cards, relics, and even bosses will change with each playthrough, ensuring endless hours of thrilling adventure.
