Why Early Access?

“Stillmere has reached a point where the core survival experience is ready to be shared with players. As a solo developer, Early Access gives me the opportunity to continue building and expanding the game while working directly with the community to help shape its future. Player feedback will play an important role in deciding what needs improvement, what systems should be expanded, and where Stillmere should grow next.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“While it is hard to say at this point. Stillmere will be in early access as long as it needs till I feel confident in the experience as a whole. Development time may change depending on community feedback and the scope of future content. If I had to put a number 2-3 years would be a good starting point.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release is planned to significantly expand the game world and survival systems.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version includes the core gameplay loop:

Explore a handcrafted wilderness
Gather natural resources
Build a sustaining farm
Chop trees and harvest renewable resources
Mine rocks and collect materials
Craft tools, workstations, and equipment
Build your own shelter
Manage hunger and thirst
Save and continue your world
Dynamic weather and day/night cycle

Additional systems and content will continue to be added throughout Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes.

Stillmere will be offered at a lower price during Early Access. As major features, content, and systems are added, the price may increase towards the full release.

Players who purchase the game during Early Access will receive all future updates at no additional cost.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is a very important role throughout development. Players are encouraged to report bugs, share suggestions, help balance systems, participate in discussions about future content, and so on!

Regular updates will be released as development continues and community input will help shape the future of Stillmere. ”

Welcome to Stillmere.
Leave civilization behind and build a life in a quiet wilderness that asks nothing of you, except that you survive.

Stillmere is an open-world survival crafting game focused on exploration, be self sufficent, and slowly turning an unforgiving wilderness into a place you can call home. Gather what the land provides, scavenge what others left behind, grow your own food, expand your homestead, and prepare for the changing world around you.

                                                                                   There is no rush.

                                                         But there are consequences for being unprepared.

Features

🌲 Explore

Lose yourself in a handcrafted world filled with forests, rivers. Where resources and supplies are scattered throughout the world, rewarding those willing to venture farther from the safety of home.

                 

🔨 Build

Your homestead grows alongside you. Unlock new rooms, furnish them, organize your supplies, and place decorations wherever they feel right. Most furnishings can be arranged freely, while specialized workstations belong to dedicated spaces such as the forge, kitchen, and workshop. The structure may have a purpose, but what you make of it is yours.





                 

🪓 Gather & Craft

Turn what you find into tools, equipment, storage, workstations, building materials, and other necessities. As your homestead expands, new crafting possibilities allow you to move beyond crude survival and build something more permanent.

                  

🌧 Survive

Weather, temperature, time of day, and changing seasons transform the world around you, affecting both the atmosphere of the forest and the challenges you face within it.

A peaceful morning can become something very different after nightfall.

🌿 Discover

The deeper you explore, the more questions the wilderness begins to ask.
