What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The 'Teamfight Manager' series, being based on virtual esports, comes with its unique strengths and challenges. Its strength lies in the creative freedom it offers in terms of league operations, match concepts, and various systems. The main challenge is the initial learning curve for players to become immersed in these novel systems and concepts. Based on our experience with 'Teamfight Manager', we aim to enhance these strengths while overcoming the challenges in 'Teamfight Manager 2'. We plan to achieve this by utilizing the game's creative freedom to make the virtual esports league more accessible and engaging. This level of freedom requires countless innovative ideas. While we'll do our best to develop and fill the game with content, we believe we can't achieve the best results without feedback from passionate players.
Therefore, through Early Access, we aim to showcase the game's new systems as quickly as possible, gather feedback, and continuously update to improve content and address any shortcomings. During the Early Access period, we'll incorporate your feedback through various channels to ensure 'Teamfight Manager 2' becomes an enjoyable game that aligns with our vision.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate the Early Access period to last between 1-2 years, though this timeline may vary depending on community feedback and the subsequent volume of development content required.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version already includes the core systems and mechanics, and we plan to continue refining them based on player feedback. Going forward, during Early Access, we intend to expand content, consider introducing new champions, and explore various management features. We also aim to devote consistent effort to balancing and bug fixes to further enhance the overall quality of the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes all the core gameplay features described in the 'About This Game' section below, such as the full champion roster, team management systems, and the online league mode. We have ensured that the primary gameplay loop is fully functional for players to enjoy from day one.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to increase the price after the Early Access period, taking into account the numerous content updates added during this time. The price may also increase during Early Access depending on the scale of updates. We aim to offer lower prices for early purchasers as a gesture of respect and gratitude to players who participate in Early Access and provide feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to share development updates every two weeks through our Steam page and blog. We will also regularly monitor feedback received through community channels and email, select valuable suggestions for review, and communicate our findings and conclusions.”

About This Game

Teamfight Manager returns with more detailed tactics and management, along with a new MOBA-style match format. Take charge of a fictional esports team, build the strongest roster, and become the best manager!

· New Champions

Strategically utilize dozens of newly introduced champions alongside the original champions from Teamfight Manager. Many skills of existing champions have also changed, so careful review will be essential for victory.

· Changed Maps and Rules

The match map and rules have been changed. Matches now take place on a MOBA-style map, where you must properly combine top, jungle, mid, bot, and support to destroy the enemy Relic first and claim victory. Show your ability as a manager through more detailed Team Tactics and Personal Tactics.

· Deathmatch Mode

A new game mode, Deathmatch, has been added. On a small map with no minions and no objectives, matches are decided purely through combat, without recalls or healing. The team with more kills within the time limit wins, and with laning and macro play removed, players' raw fighting ability and champion composition directly determine the outcome. Set the match time and player count (2 vs 2 to 5 vs 5) as you like, and enjoy fast, explosive matches reminiscent of the teamfights from the previous title.

· Transfer System

Keep a close eye on Solo Rank and matches between other teams, and recruit outstanding players. Each player has highly varied attributes that have a major impact on matches. Unlike the previous title, player attributes do not affect numerical values such as actual damage, but instead influence decision-making and control through AI differentiation. This allows players to feel more like real professional athletes. If you recruit strong players at a low cost through negotiation, you will be able to operate your team efficiently.

· Steam Workshop

Create and enjoy a wide variety of content through the Steam Workshop, including new champions, teams, players, and even maps and tournaments. Every season can feel fresh.

In addition, various content and improvements are prepared to help you immerse yourself as the manager of an esports team.

Throughout Early Access, we will continue providing updates with new champions and new content shaped by your feedback, making the game even better over time.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

We utilize AI technology to enhance development efficiency and provide a broader experience for our players. Our use of AI is categorized as follows:

Art & Visuals: AI tools are used strictly for initial concept generation and as reference material. No AI-generated visual assets are used "as-is" in the final game. Every image is manually refined, repainted, and finalized by our artists to ensure a unique and high-quality aesthetic.

Translation & Localization: To provide immediate accessibility to a global audience, the initial game text and localization have been generated using AI. While this allows us to support multiple languages from day one, we recognize that it may lack perfect nuance. Following the release, we plan to actively refine and improve these translations through community feedback and collaborative proofreading.

Sound & Coding: We utilize AI-assisted tools to optimize backend code performance and assist in sound engineering, allowing us to focus on core gameplay stability and mechanics.

In all areas, we are committed to transparency and will continue to update and polish the game's content based on player input and professional review.
