Since this type of game has never truly been explored before, we believe the best way to develop it is together with our community. For us, Early Access is not just a period for fixing bugs or adding content it is a development journey where we shape the future of the game alongside our players.
Community feedback will directly influence many aspects of the game, from gameplay systems and economic balance to mafia wars and nightclub management. Our goal is not simply to make a game, but to create a long-lasting and constantly evolving world where players can truly feel like the boss of a criminal empire.
Throughout Early Access, we will continue to deliver regular updates, new content, system improvements, and many of the features most requested by the community. We would like to thank everyone who chooses to be part of this journey with us.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently have a main development plan for The Boss Gangster Criminal Empire, and our goal is to leave Early Access around the last quarter of the year. However, because this project is heavily community-driven, the development process may evolve depending on player feedback and the direction our community helps shape.
Since we are building a type of game that has not really been explored before, we want to take the time necessary to improve systems, expand gameplay mechanics, and make sure the experience reaches the quality both we and our players expect.
Our priority is not rushing toward a release date, but creating the best possible version of the game together with our community.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Throughout Early Access, our goal is for The Boss Gangster Criminal Empire to evolve into a much deeper and more immersive criminal world.
The game originally began with a strong focus on nightclub management and running an underground organization. Over time, we started expanding the experience by introducing open-world systems that allow players to interact with the city in more dynamic ways. We are now working on completely new mechanics such as a more advanced police AI system, improved crime systems, and drug production facilities that will allow players to grow their illegal empire in entirely different directions.
For the full version, our goal is to deliver more advanced mafia management, more dynamic conflicts, rival organizations, improved AI behaviors, and a living city that reacts more naturally to the player’s choices and actions.
Alongside community feedback, we also plan to continue adding new activities, businesses, missions, and crime-related mechanics. For us, the full version does not simply mean more content — it means creating a much more complete experience where players can truly feel like the boss of their own criminal empire.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Boss Gangster Criminal Empire currently offers a strong gameplay foundation and a constantly evolving Early Access experience. We can confidently say that we have already implemented around half of the systems and features we originally envisioned for the game. However, as development continued, one of the most important things we realized was how special and passionate our community truly is.
The feedback and ideas coming from our players started pushing the game into directions that became even more exciting than we initially imagined. Some systems were directly shaped by community suggestions, while others evolved into completely new ideas thanks to the imagination and support of our players.
At its current stage, the Early Access version already provides a solid foundation of nightclub management, criminal empire management, open-world interactions, and underground organization gameplay. At the same time, we do not see this as a finished product, but rather as a living project that continues to grow every day.
There are still many large systems, new mechanics, and ambitious ideas we want to develop together with our community. For us, Early Access is not simply a development phase it is a shared journey that we are building together with our players.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Our pricing philosophy for The Boss Gangster Criminal Empire is built less on commercial intent and more on the story of trust, belief, and shared effort that surrounds this project. For us, this is not just a product it is an experience that is being built, shaped, and grown together.
During Early Access, we always place a very special value on our community who believed in the game from day one, supported it, and contributed directly to its development through feedback and ideas. Because of this, Early Access pricing represents both a form of appreciation for early support and a symbolic reflection of being part of this journey from the beginning.
With the full release, the game will naturally reach a more complete level in terms of content, scope, and overall experience. Therefore, a difference between Early Access and full release pricing is expected. However, our core mindset has never been focused on “earning more.”
We believe in maintaining a fair, respectful, and balanced distinction between those who join the journey early and those who experience the fully completed version later. Our Early Access community is the foundation of this world, while the full release represents the matured form of everything built together.

“The most accurate answer to this question is not something we give it is something our community already demonstrates.
The development of The Boss Gangster Criminal Empire has never been a one-way process; from the very beginning, it has been a living journey shaped by the ideas of our players. We are not only building the game itself, but also directly integrating our community’s suggestions, feedback, and creativity into it.
At this point, many systems, mechanics, and ideas in the game exist thanks to the direct contributions of our players. And for us, the most valuable part of this process is exactly that seeing the thoughts of our community come to life inside the game.
In short, we are not the ones who solely direct the project; we are the ones who listen, adapt, and build together. The true story of the game is being written by our community.
