“The Boss Gangster: Criminal Empire combines open-world action, criminal empire management, production, automation, and territory warfare into one connected experience. Early Access allows us to expand these systems with community feedback while improving gameplay, balancing, performance, AI, and overall polish. Our goal is to build one of the most complete crime simulation experiences possible together with our players.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently plan to remain in Early Access until late 2026. The exact timeline may change depending on development progress and community feedback, but we are committed to releasing regular major content updates throughout Early Access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version already offers a large amount of content, but we plan to continue expanding nearly every aspect of the game before full release. Our goals include adding new criminal activities, businesses, management systems, world interactions, vehicles, combat improvements, AI enhancements, additional missions, and more content that increases replayability. We will also continue improving performance, balancing, animations, user experience, and overall polish.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable and already includes a seamless open world, criminal businesses, warehouse production, nightclub management, crime families, territory control, office operations, vehicle theft, customization, police and wanted systems, multiple progression paths, a guided campaign, sandbox scenarios, and dozens of hours of gameplay. We continue to improve existing mechanics while adding new content through regular updates.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to increase the price when the game leaves Early Access to reflect the additional content and improvements added during development. Players who support us during Early Access will receive the complete game at the lower Early Access price, and we want to reward those who believed in the project from the beginning.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback plays a major role in our development process. We actively monitor Steam Discussions, Discord, social media, livestreams, YouTube videos, and player reviews. Many of the features currently in the game were inspired directly by community suggestions, and we plan to continue shaping the game together with our players throughout Early Access.”
