About This Game

What you get

One purchase, two versions of GoreBox:

• GoreBox Animosity starts by default. It's the single-player sandbox with the map editor and the most content.

• GoreBox 27 (early access) is the new GoreBox, rebuilt with online multiplayer, voice chat and game modes. To play it, right-click GoreBox in your Steam Library, open Properties, then Betas, and choose GoreBox 27.

GoreBox 27 is unfinished and has less content than Animosity for now. When it's finished, it will be sold on its own and early access through this page will end. Your GoreBox 27 account and progress carry over.

Welcome to GoreBox

GoreBox is a physics sandbox. There's no story and no campaign: you get weapons, explosives, vehicles, GoreDolls and a tool that spawns and wrecks all of it. What happens next is up to you.

The Reality Crusher

Your main tool. Spawn anything in the game, pick it up, move it, wire it together, or blow it apart.

Bodies that break

You take damage the same way the GoreDolls do: physics-based ragdolls with blood, pain, adrenaline and broken limbs. Open the Body Inspector to see exactly what's hurt.

Your rules

Turn on Creator Mode, noclip, invincibility, infinite ammo or slow motion whenever you like, straight from Level Settings.

Map Editor and Workshop

Build your own maps in the built-in map editor, then share them and play other players' maps through the in-game workshop. The workshop lives inside the game, not on Steam Workshop.

Express Yourself

Dress your character in skins, clothing, armor, hats and masks, and style the GoreDolls too.

Play Together (GoreBox 27)

Join online servers with players on PC and mobile. Talk over text and voice chat, role-play, use emotes, trade with in-game money, or jump into game modes like Free for All, Juggernaut and Riot. Be careful: when you die, you drop part of your cash.

GoreBox is extremely violent. If that's too much, GoreBox 27's Reduced violence setting turns off blood and wound detail.

In GoreBox, time won't be the only thing you're killing!
