About This Game

KAYF-LIFE is a modification for Half-Life 2, a parody with an alternative story and voice acting, that was made in the manner of amateur Russian film dubbing, which was popular in late 90s and early 2000s.

Story

Mid 21st century. Financial, cultural and nuclear catastrophe resulted in the extinction of half of the world. The rest of this mangled world is now ruled by a self-proclaimed dictator - Fyodor Brunkov. A mad doctor, that is trying to save humanity through medicine progress. A man, who turned an entire infrastructure into the huge network of colonies and sanatoriums.

Welcome! Welcome to Bobruisk 17, a huge recreational and rehabilitation colony for drug addicts, alcoholics and all kinds of psychopaths!

Alcohol, drugs and any kind of sexual service is prohibited here. An absolute control is all over the place, and it is monitored by brave medics and soldiers, who is serving the medical regime of their new dictator. However, there is an illegal laboratory, that belongs to an old nontraditional Jew that is very bad at computers. He secretly sells prohibited products to restrained patients of the colony. His name is Izzy Lamer. He has a mutazoid pet named Sharik, and also an undercover former criminal friend Boris Kovtun. He works for Izya, as well as an entire undercover pirate disc production facility.

An unknown drug dealer in a suit decides to expand to a new market in Bobruisk 17, but he needs to eliminate Dr. Brunkov first. Here comes Georgy Freedman (aka Zhora), a good man for this purpose, a former patient of the colony that knows it very well. Due to his alternative intelligence and mental specifics, he does not ask any questions, especially if alcohol and advanced medicines are involved.

You will play the role of Zhora and return to the colony to accomplish a mission from a mysterious stranger. Of course, with the help of your friends! However, in the course of the mission you will find out that everything in this world is not that simple as it seems...
