Macabre is a co-op stealth extraction horror game where you traverse infinite timelines - including those of other players - within an unstable time rift. Team up with friends to confront interdimensional terrors in this heart-pumping, adrenaline-fueled horror game.

Guided by Banjo, an eccentric recluse with an unclear past, you and your friends will venture deep into an unstable time rift, tasked with uncovering the source of terrifying anomalies. Upgrade your gear, learn new skills, and fight with everything you've got to save humankind from a fate worse than death.

Developed in Unreal Engine 5 for PC. Macabre will bring the immersive and terrifying experience of high-end single-player horror games to a multiplayer audience.

As winds howl and snow falls heavily across an abandoned eco-retreat, you and your team brace yourselves for what lies ahead. This is no ordinary investigation - tales of strange and unnerving occurrences in the area have become the stuff of local legend, and it's up to you to uncover the truth. But as you venture deeper into the mountains, you soon realise far darker forces are at play.



Macabre features rich lore with unforgettable characters you'll need to assist if you and your party hope to uncover the secrets at the heart of this captivating universe.



The fear of the unknown is what makes for a truly terrifying experience. In Macabre, everything from maps to objectives and puzzles are entirely randomised. To make matters worse, your actions will directly impact the monster's behaviour, making them even more unpredictable. So every time you play, you'll never know what unique set of challenges await.


Work with (or against) other players to solve puzzles, unlock new equipment and escape with essential items to further your progression. But watch out! As you search the snowswept landscape, you'll need to keep an eye out for the cunning creatures that watch your every move, waiting for the opportune moment to strike!



You'll need your wits and courage to survive the horrors lurking in the shadows. From cunning creatures that stalk and toy with you to puzzles and challenges that will test your limits, every step brings you closer to the brink of madness. And with up to 4 player co-op, you'll have to decide whether to stick together or risk going alone.



As the tensions rise and the terror deepens, will you cling to those around you for safety and support, or will the fear drive you to betray them for your own survival? The path to salvation is uncertain, but one thing is sure: the nightmare of Macabre will test your courage and loyalty to the limit.



No haunted house. Or creepy asylum. But a fresh take on the genre that explores unchartered territory. Moving beyond cheap jump scares and gore, Macabre will create an immersively terrifying and profoundly unsettling atmosphere that gets your heart pumping and your hairs on edge.



Macabre completely ​supports diehard horror fans, with maps that scale to the number of players. We just think you'll stand a more of a chance in company.



Macabre is currently being developed in Unreal Engine 5 by Weforge Studio. Based in Sydney, Australia, our team comes from many different backgrounds, including feature film VFX, advertising, spatial audio, animation, 3D and programming. We all share a love for video games and a passion for horror.

Our goal is to create the most immersive multiplayer horror experience available. The plan is to build Macabre in the chapters and then use the profits to reinvest into new content. The success of this release will help further development, including new maps, monsters, and puzzles. By releasing the game in instalments, we can deliver a polished experience that stays true to our vision of the final game.
