Why Early Access?

“I have learned from experience that I can achieve much more with a community to provide the best possible gaming experience. KeepUp Survival is an indie game. Indie games are often small to medium-sized projects that don't always have the resources of large developer studios. Therefore, please don't expect the same level of production as with big titles.

My goal is to offer you an exciting open-world survival experience. To do this as effectively as possible, I need your support through Early Access.

I am providing you with a survival game that includes building, crafting, farming, and cooking systems. The wildlife behaves independently, and the game world is vast, offering many opportunities for exploration.

Through Early Access, I want to actively involve you in the development process and gather your feedback, as this is of great importance. I welcome your wishes, ideas, suggestions, and criticism openly.

Please note that KeepUp Survival is still in the Early Access phase and does not yet represent the final product.”

“The planned completion of the game and exiting Early Access were scheduled for 2024. However, this depends on a variety of factors that can influence it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The plan for completing the game includes numerous changes, from optimizations and animations to improving items. There is a particular focus on expanding the building, crafting, farming, and cooking systems.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build offers players a building, crafting, farming, and cooking system. An adventurous island houses over 300+ animals from 10 different species, as well as abandoned houses.

The game follows the principle that less is often more. While there isn't currently an elaborate backstory, it combines elements of fantasy, survival, exploration, community, challenges, and the mysteries of once-inhabited but now deserted islands.

Currently, there are over 312+ items, 33+ fruits and vegetables, 130+ crafting recipes, 45+ cooking recipes, 111+ building components, and 75+ loot items available in the game.

The farming system is currently under improvement, and progress cannot be saved during gameplay.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price remains unchanged during Early Access. However, there are plans to increase the price at the time of the official release.”

“The community can access updates, news, and changes on Steam at any time. Welcome to a world of survival on a deserted island, characterized by an incredible wildlife and abandoned structures. Immerse yourself in a game set in a natural and post-apocalyptic environment where your primary task is to survive in KeepUp Survival.

The design of your survival is entirely in your hands. There are no predefined tasks – you set your own goals to secure your survival.

In this world, you have numerous options available, ranging from crafting and building shelters to farming. You can even have some loyal companions by your side.

A stunningly detailed and immersive world awaits you, one that will captivate you and continually surprise you.

Background Story:

You have crashed on an island by plane and must now make your life on this island. It seems that this island was abandoned a long time ago, as time stood still here. Diseases have seemingly rendered the island uninhabitable, and the wildlife behaves strangely and often aggressively.

Soon, you'll realize that this island is full of secrets and puzzles, and not everything is as it seems at first glance.
