Little Sim World is an indie Open World 2D Life Simulator with RPG and multiplayer elements that has been in development since early 2019 for the PC. Little Sim World is being made by Terry along with a few friends who have a passion towards the Sims genre.

Why Early Access?

“We hope to develop the game for many years to come, and as a life-sim game, the fans of the genre know that the amount of content that's required in Little Sim World is vast. The game is really quite big and we have lots of content we would like to add. Early Access is a great way for us to receive continual feedback, collaborate with our fans on what they want to see, and keep our players updated at every step of the development cycle.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“From the release (December 2023) we envisage early access lasting around 3-4 years from the day of release on Steam.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“There is a vast amount of content that is required for a life-sim game if we want to make it resemble the real world on some level. The big milestones for us to get to a 'full release' are relationship features and multiplayer which will take some time to implement. In addition, we are looking at more player interests, more outfits, more buildings, much more interactions, furniture, played tasks, careers and more random events.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early access version will have all the expectations for a sim game, and is a near full experience. We will be launching with around 10 interests, 5 careers, a full suite of buildings, interactable furniture, an open world, needs functionality, moods, personalities and much more (see about our game below). In other words, everything you should expect for a full sim experience!”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There may be a small discount for the EA version, but we do not expect to put Little Sim World pricing to change much as it should reflect the amount of work we have put into the game.”

Welcome to London! Are you ready to start living the life of your dreams? In Little Sim World, you'll arrive in the heart of London as a newcomer with your own unique personality and aspirations. Will you be a scientist, writer, athlete, or something a little more unconventional? It's up to you! As you play, you'll be able to develop your personality and make your own life decisions. Who knows where they'll take you?

The world is bustling with activity, just like the real London. You'll find cars, NPCs, and busy shops on every street corner. And with no loading screens or transitions, the entire world is at your disposal. Every day is different, and you can design and decorate your dream home however you like. There are all sorts of stylish shops to visit, too.
