Why Early Access?

“Whilst Modiverse already has almost 100 mod's (levels, game-modes, collection of props, tools, characters, etc.) we want to engage more with our community and build some of the most wanted mods for them - Early Access will allow us to further refine the features and work with our community to build this extensive set of mods. It also means we can build the game in the right direction, through community lead development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Less than 4 months; after this point we'll move into full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include more unique game-modes (full DarkRP, StarWarsRP, PropHunt and more), a large number of official workshop packs (models, vehicles, AI's, character models, etc.) and official levels to play. it will include addition tools and functionality to allow you to craft more complex environments. A full SDK will also be available for more experienced developers.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The EA is ready to play with a whole set of game-modes (TTT, Sandbox, VanillaRP, EvilGuys, Deathrun, Fantastic Fantasy Scroller, "Red Is Sus" and more).. It includes numerous tools (physgun, wheels, lights, thrusters, gravity gun, ropes, text2D and many many more!).. ton's of props and additional content!!

It currently supports multiplayer and has an full SDK that can be downloaded and used to build your own creations.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“During Early Access the game will be discounted, it will return to it's standard price on full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“This is a community focused game, all development of this game has been actively lead by the community through discussion, voting and updates. Our primary discussion paths are through the Steam discussion boards and Discord, allowing direct discussions with the core team.”
