What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“CURE has been in development for 12 months now, and we feel the time is right to show what we have to players and start a conversation about the future of the game. The game is far from finished, but the core gameplay and atmosphere is there.

Once the game launches in Early Access, we will conduct the conversation on our Discord server and Steam community to expand and deepen gameplay as well as our integration with streaming platforms like Twitch and Discord.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“12-24 Months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to expand both healing and combat aspects of the game significantly.
Over the next several months, our goal is to add to the game the following features:
- more patient tests and diagnostics
- CT, Advanced radiology and visualization tests
- Rifles, Blockades, Automatic guns.
- Decorating, styling, and painting the hospital.
- Character customization.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes the core gameplay elements of building the hospital and treating patients as you progress through shifts, playing either solo or in online co-op:
- 20 levels of hospital upgrades
- over 100 unlockable healing items, diagnostics, beds, chairs and decor
- 3 weapons, melee and ranged

In addition:
Twitch integration enables a special "Creator Mode" where audience members can join the game as patient NPCs.
Twitch alerts will show in-game on monitors spread throughout the hospital: Sub alerts, Follow, Bits and more.

See the "features" section for all features already available in this early access release.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The Early Access is discounted, and the price will increase ahead of the full launch. We will notify the community ahead of any price changes.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“As a game developed with streamers and player communities first and foremost.
We have a dedicated Discord channel where our team actively shares development progress, interacts with the community, and playtests new game features.
For Steam users who prefer the Steam Community discussions, we will also share updates and interact with you there.
We also collect feedback from an advisory board of content creators, who will interact with their streaming audience and provide feedback.”

2026 Roadmap for Early Access

About This Game

The nightshift is yours! CURE is a co-op simulator that allows you and your friends to manage an overnight Emergency Room during the beginning stages of the apocalypse.

Order supplies and manage your hospital’s budget - once patients (and other things) start arriving, things get hectic!

Diagnose your patients with a variety of interactive tools. Symptoms will get weirder as the apocalypse unfolds, keep an eye on what comes through your doors.

As you earn more, expand and upgrade your hospital. Growing your hospital unlocks new diagnostic tools to help your patients feel better, faster. Customize and decorate your hospital to create the hospital of your dreams!

Sometimes patients will need … unconventional treatments. Even though you swore to do no harm as a doctor, sometimes you will need to do the right amount of harm.

CURE stands out by putting creators and communities first, allowing your stream audience to participate in and influence the game.

This unique hybrid of simulation and action gameplay, combined with deep Twitch and Discord integration, offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

  • Fast-Paced Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients with weird symptoms in a chaotic, first-person environment. Will you put them in normal care or quarantine? The choice is yours, and the clock is ticking.

  • Strategic Management: Amidst the chaos, you'll need to manage your hospital effectively. Set up new equipment, manage critical inventory, and build up your hospital. Organize and design your hospital to meet your needs.

  • Co-Op Fun: Play with up to six friends in a fight for survival, where teamwork is essential to keeping your patients - and yourselves - alive.

  • Twitch & Discord Integration: Our Shoutout Engine connects your live stream to the game. Your audience can participate as patient NPCs during live sessions.

  • Hybrid Gameplay: Experience a unique blend of first-person action and simulation management. Fend off attacks, while treating unique illnesses and managing the administrative side of things.

  • Progression & Unlocks: Unlock new medicine, diagnostic tools, weapons, and story insights as you survive more nights and save more lives.
