About This Game

Become an appraised bridge engineer and architect in Bridge Constructor. Create and design your own constructions and watch the cars and trucks pass over them - or see them fall and crash while your inferior creations collapse due to weight and the laws of physics!

Progress through numerous levels and build bridges over deep valleys, canals, or rivers. Stress tests reveal whether the bridge you build can withstand the daily stress of continual use from cars and trucks.

Choose between a range of materials for each individual bridge, such as wood, steel, cables, or concrete pillars. Use the appropriate materials and stay within budget to build the perfect bridge. The choice of materials enables you to build each bridge in almost infinite variety – your budget is the only limit.

So get on the drawing board and set your imagination and creativity free!

The Steam version also includes SlopeMania, a fully sized Add-On to the original game, bringing more levels, features, a new setting and much more.

It all started at 8 pm
"i will finish this level and then stop, okay seriously this level only , okay i swear this is the last level "
And then i found out it was 11 am and i still havent slept, and the only reason i stopped is because my mom came and slapped me and took my laptop and kept playing the game.... wth...
( i actually have over 9 hours in this game but net went off and steam did not record the time )

This game has all the important features for a puzzle game
- Addictive.
- Fun
- Challenging.
- Creative.
- Unique.
- Time Consuming,
- Repeated music that fits nicely .

If you like physics based puzzle games when you build a bridge for the cars/trucks to reaches the otherside, this game is your target , its hard its fun and its not slow, building and changing and editing are fast, get more construction tools as you go.

Have the Bridge collection but yet to try the others but since i loved this one so very much i am looking forward for the next, only if they'd add trading cards that would be really sweet

I like pretending there are people in the vehicles, and i do their voices and send them falling down without building a bridge and making up stories on why there was no bridge and why didn't they stop

I actually found this to be an enjoyable game to play, some levels were very challenging, others were a breeze, but a nice mix of the two. Not overly demanding, yet still made you think. The physics seem a little off with the tanker trucks, but maybe that is just my perception of it.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes puzzles.

I've played three of the Bridge Constructor games, and find this one to be the hardest, but not sure if it was the bridges or the insane physics. This was the most frustrating of the three, mainly because a bridge may be successful one time in 10, but for different reasons - jumped funny, strange ramp effects, or tumbling incomprehensibly.

There are two parts, the main continent and the unlockable slope world. The slope world is the twist on this version of the game that salvaged the review, as the main continent was simply three bridge designs in different lengths, depending on what supplies you were granted. Slope you have to think about it, and deal with the crazy physics.

Bought in a bundle for about 75c US. Played for about 18 hours, with 4 of that on just a couple of bridges (see my guide on the worst one IMHO). NOT worth full retail of US$10, but if you can get it for 2.50 or less I think you will find it to be a pretty decent game.

5.5 / 10

If you know your Statics, right-hand-rule, and such engineering goodness this game can be a breeze...and even if not it's incredibly addictive! (2kips*5in)/(5000ksi*0.002in^2) with a safety factor of 10 would play again.

One of the many games about building bridges. According to me game is quite difficult in highest mode. The graphics are ok. Gameplay also. Recommend for a small price.

PRO:
+ Easy learning curve
+ Simple mechanics
+ Interesting puzzles
+ Achievements
+ Stats

CONTRA:
- The game tends to become very difficult in the second half.( found some levels to be very difficult, although the one after those seemed very easy)
- Notice the lack of options and the fact that it looks and feels like a tablet game with better graphics.
- Some of the levels are too hard
- Not enough consistency in the later levels

CONCLUSION:
When you build something that actually stands, the feeling is quite unique

A post-apocalyptic adventure in which massive trucks are completely worthless, planks cost $700, and Isaac Newton never invented gravity.

Lots of fun!

Bridge Constructor doesn't try to be something that it is not. you build bridges and have trucks go over them and see if they hold up. It doesn't get anymore simple than that.

11/10 I can now build my bridges in this game instead of letting bridges fall in real life!

Bridge Constructor is a fun simulation game for all ages.
It includes fun, challenging levels that are full of colour and life. This game really gets your brain working as use your imagination to create some of the most bizarre and unsafe bridges in the world! Watch as you fight against the laws of physics and the weight of vehicles to try to create your 'dream' bridge. Your ideas can be as imaginative or simple as you want but, will always get you thinking in different ways to suit each level.
As you progress through the game, you are given stronger materials and a higher budget to make your bridges more unique.
This game will keep you entertained for hours on end and is always fun to come back to after finishing it! Defiantly a must buy if you enjoy building and simulation games.

Bridge Constuctor is not a bad game. But there is so many bridge building games out there now its hard to choose which one is better. Personally I would say if you had to choose from all of them I would get Bridge Project. Dont get me wrong, this one is good but I think Bridge Project is just a little better.
I would still recomend that if you like this type of game, get them both

Decent game.

Occasionally you will have to employ less than conventional approaches in order to successfully engineer some bridges. More often than not 'common sense' engineering works.

This game suffers from being an iOS/Windows Phone cross over. Has an achievement for sharing on Facebook as a result of it's iOS breeding. I have a dislike for games that include any level of Facebook intigration.

That being said: Not a bad time killer, would play again.

A fun game to kill time with. It also provides lots of laughs with friends and family when played late at night:

"That's not going to work."

"IT'LL WORK! HOLD, BRIDGE! HOLD!"

*explosive failure*

"Told you..."

At a glance, it looks like a kids game, but it gets challenging pretty fast, especially if you want to earn as many points as you can. Every scenario requires you to improve on what you think you've already figured out. There's no one right way to solve each scenario, and so it's pretty much up to your own creative abilities.

This game is great. Good concept turned into a nice game but honestly this game is better on a phone/tablet because it has better controls for this simple of a game.

I couldn't beat this one mission, so I went on the internet to get the exact bridge needed to 3 star it - the bridge broke, 10/10

this is the one that has ramps and allows you to make stupid dumb bridges and have fun

pick this one. The other bridge constructers don't for some reason, I don't even get why. It's literally the best and only good part of it
