Black Hollow is a first-person dark fantasy horde-survival roguelite. Take up the plague doctor's staff and face the hunt solo or in up to four-player online co-op.





Hunt across Black Hollow, Ashen Abbey, Mournwater and Cinderwatch Foundry. From the abbey to the foundry, learn each hunting ground and find room to fight.





Strike with your staff, hurl volatile flasks and unleash plague-powered abilities. Combine attacks and wards, manage your openings and keep moving as the crowd closes in.





Earn relic choices during the hunt and shape a build around the powers you pick. Find combinations that change how you fight, then put them to work against the next wave.





The hunt does not end with one run. Invest in permanent upgrades at the Ichor Codex and return with new ways to strengthen your doctor.





The night keeps moving, and the pressure keeps rising. Hold your ground against the infected, make space when you need it and keep your build alive through the escalating hunt.
