About This Game

CYBER92 BODYCAM

Please note that many of the existing reviews and comments refer to earlier versions of CYBER92 DATAWAR, not the new BODYCAM experience, and all comments are now fully addressed.

CYBER92 has undergone a complete gameplay transformation.

This Steam page has been part of the CYBER92 journey since the original demo, through the release of CYBER92 DATAWAR and its updates up to Version 1.2, and now into the entirely redesigned CYBER92 BODYCAM experience.

A NEW GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE BUILT FROM YOUR FEEDBACK

I have carefully read and considered the feedback from players, including criticism regarding visuals, gameplay mechanics, controls, performance, and technical issues. These concerns have directly influenced numerous fixes, improvements, and the development of the new BODYCAM version.

Rather than simply changing the camera, I have rebuilt major gameplay systems from the ground up to address previous limitations and deliver a substantially different experience.

CYBER92 BODYCAM represents a new level of development for this project. While I will continue refining the game, I encourage players who experienced earlier versions to give this new chapter a chance and share their constructive feedback.

Thank you to everyone whose suggestions, reviews, and criticism have helped shape this evolution.

A NEW PERSPECTIVE. A REBUILT EXPERIENCE.

CYBER92 BODYCAM reimagines the CYBER92 experience as an immersive first-person tactical shooter, with a new bodycam perspective, redesigned weapon handling, and a fundamentally reworked gameplay system.

This is not simply a camera change. BODYCAM introduces a new foundation for the gameplay, transforming how combat feels and how players experience the game's environments and encounters.

IMMERSIVE BODYCAM COMBAT

Experience the action through a close-up first-person perspective designed to bring greater intensity and immersion to every encounter.

REDESIGNED GUNPLAY

A reworked weapon and combat system provides a different experience from the original CYBER92 DATAWAR. The focus is on a more immersive, responsive, and engaging shooting experience.

TWO EXPERIENCES: ONE GAME, WITH FREE DLC

Your CYBER92 experience doesn't end with BODYCAM!

Alongside the new first-person BODYCAM experience, the original CYBER92 DATAWAR will also be offered as a FREE optional DLC for owners of CYBER92 BODYCAM.

This additional version preserves the original gameplay experience, including its traditional third-person perspective and experimental second-person perspective.

What does this mean for you?

  • CYBER92 BODYCAM: The main game, featuring redesigned first-person bodycam gameplay, new combat mechanics, and rebuilt systems.

  • CYBER92 DATAWAR: FREE DLC: The original CYBER92 experience, featuring third-person and second-person gameplay, available as a separate optional download.

Both experiences belong to the CYBER92 universe, offering different perspectives and gameplay styles.

You can enjoy the newly rebuilt BODYCAM experience while still having access to the original gameplay through the optional DLC.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR CYBER92

CYBER92 BODYCAM represents a major evolution of the original project, rebuilt with new systems, a different gameplay direction, and improvements guided by community feedback.

This is more than an update. It is a significant step forward in the evolution of CYBER92.

Developed by a solo independent creator, CYBER92 continues to grow through dedication, ongoing development, and the support and constructive criticism of its players.

Your feedback matters. Your experience matters. And the development continues.

Thank you for being part of the CYBER92 journey.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

CYBER92 DATAWAR is a hyper retro-realistic third-person and second-person action game where the player becomes a Trojan Hunter. The goal is to clean corrupted servers, collect enough floppy disks, hack the system, and unlock the next level. The game focuses on arcade-style action, glitch effects, retro visuals, and surreal digital environments rather than realistic violence or killing. Enemies are represented as digital threats or corrupted system entities that are disabled or cleared as part of the server-cleaning gameplay. Enjoy the Game and its just a Simulation!
