Bank Simulator is a business management sim where you take your customers' money and invest it to grow your bank, from a small branch into a global powerhouse.

The Money Loop: Your Bank, Your Strategy

Take customer deposits, carry the cash to the vault in your money bag, then put it to work in loan offices, bond offices and ATM Rooms. Collect the commissions, reinvest them in upgrades, and run marketing campaigns to bring more customers through the door. Every decision feeds the next.

Teller Office: Stay Alert

Start behind the counter. Take deposits and withdrawals by hand, check IDs, open accounts and issue credit cards. Watch for counterfeit cash, wrong amounts, fake IDs and customers asking for more than their balance. One careless approval can cost you.

Loans: Risk Assessment & Negotiation

Review each applicant's documents and catch the liars before they default. Upgrade your loan office to unlock negotiation, then haggle the rate, the amount and the term in your bank's favor. Push too hard and they stop giving ground.

Bonds: Judge Every Deal

Brokers bring you deals. Read every page, stamp each detail Good, Caution or Reject, then buy or pass. Good calls return a profit, bad ones a loss. Successful deals unlock office upgrades and raise your global Bond Rank, and at the top tier an analyst can make every call for you.

Marketing: Grow Your Customer Base

Seven channels, from social media and billboards to TV and influencers, each run from its own marketing office. Launch a Small, Big or Huge campaign and watch new customers walk in. Any campaign can go viral and double its reach. Hire a marketer and the campaigns run themselves.

ATM Rooms & Cash Car: Expand Beyond the Office

Unlock 10 ATM Rooms across the city. Load the Cash Car, drive out to keep every machine stocked, stop at the gas station to refuel, and collect a commission on every withdrawal. Upgrade each room to earn more per customer and hold more cash.

Unlock & Upgrade

Unlock new rooms like the vault, expand your bank, and upgrade everything: teller counters, loan, bond and marketing offices, the ticket machine, the ATM Rooms and the Cash Car. Every level pays more or opens something new.

Hiring: Build Your Team

Interview candidates from Novice to Expert, each with their own salary request. Skill only shows in the interview, and cheap experts and overpriced novices both exist. Staff your counters and offices to automate them, hire a Cash Runner to move cash between the offices and the vault, and click your staff to boost their speed.

Customize Your Bank

Name your bank and make every detail yours: furniture, flooring, colors and layout.

Play Your Way Play with mouse and keyboard or a controller on PC, Steam Deck and Steam Machine. Compete on four global Steam Leaderboards for level, bank money, customer money and bond rank, unlock 134 achievements, and play in 18 languages.

Bank Simulator is in Early Access with regular updates, and multiplayer is planned for future development.
