Why Early Access?

“Our primary focus is on crafting a fun and fair multiplayer experience, and we believe that the only way to achieve this goal is to get the game into players hands as soon as possible. We'd like to build a community that is involved in shaping and balancing the game before and after it's released.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“FurryFury is planned to be in Early Access for 3 months (more or less).”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more arenas (with unique deadly mechanics like the ones already in the game), more co-op adventures (with new challenging bosses), more playable beasts, more customizables and new customization options. We also want to implement leaderboards, achievements and seasons. Apart from that, we plan to improve and polish existing systems based on community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All the core systems are in. The game is pleasant to look at and to interact with (no placeholder elements). Players are greeted with a tutorial, can form teams with their friends, level up, fulfill daily quests, customize their beasts, craft rewards, play online matches or solo/co-op adventures. All major gameplay mechanics are also implemented, however some might be a little rough around the edges.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the game will remain Free-To-Play.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want to use gathered feedback to help shape the developement of FurryFury, deciding what quirks and features are the most fun, therefore worth pursuing.

Patch 0.52 - Fixes, fixes

The patch just arrived, but before going into the details, I wanted to thank you all for playing, community hub discussions are a huge help to me, and your reviews are so heartwarming and uplifting (game has now "very positive" review score - Yay!). Thanks again for the support and keep up the good work, you're awesome.

Now to something more relevant than my thanks:

Bug fixes:
- Premium match reward was only shown but not actually received - fixed.
- When reaching level 9, it was jumping straight to 15 - fixed.
- Your chosen victory quote was resetting with every game launch - fixed.
- Players without Premium were using some default victory quote on post-match victory screen - fixed.
- Wrong order of unlocking packs when leveling up - fixed.
- Protective circle effect (in jungle arena): sometimes stayed active after other team took control of it - fixed
- Protective circle effect: all creatures on the arena had its icon in their character cards visible - fixed.
- Blindness trait: sometimes it would not trigger for the second time -fixed.
- Timer to next daily quest was counting up instead of down :B - fixed.
- Text cloud for gained XP was appearing in a wrong place sometimes - fixed.
- Fixed few spelling errors (Your turn popup, text when searching).
- Removed red exclamation mark from menu (as it doesn't have any functionality yet).

Changes:
- In Player Info tab (in main menu) you can hover your cursor over the XP circle to see how much XP is needed to reach the next level. It will also say when the max level is reached (which is 15 for now, but will be increased later).

What's next:
- Global leaderboards and ranked matches.
- handling disconnections and prematurely ended matches.
- squashing ALL the bugs (ok, some of them at least).

FurryFury Launches in Early Access TODAY!

Hello there good people! As a sole developer of FurryFury, I am super excited to announce that it has finally made it to Early Access (with slight delay for which I apologize) and is now officially available to everyone on Steam for free.



Play it, tell your friends, play with them and leave your feedback. The game is still a good few awesome features away from finished, and You can help to shape them. If you enjoy the game, write a review. If you enjoy it even more, consider buying the Premium Upgrade. It is the only available purchase for the game (purely cosmetic, with everlasting bonuses), and there are no other in-game microtransactions. Keep in mind though, that while the game is still in early stage of developement and it's not that rich in content yet, this purchase is more of a way to show your appreciation and support than a lucrative investment.

FurryFury is a game of skill, where the deceivingly cute furry beasts settle their differences by rolling and smashing against one another in a deadly arenas. Play solo, with a friend (or against him), beat the challenges or battle other players online.



PHYSICS-BASED GAMEPLAY - Aim, roll, sit back and enjoy watching things bounce and explode.
