Something happened at the Meet & Greet.

On Saturday the Kunimoto Toy Mall threw its biggest event ever: photos with the Kunis, the cuddly cats from the trading cards every kid in town collected. By Sunday the doors were chained shut. Nobody talks about what happened inside.

Six months later you come in through the staff door, with a camcorder and one goal: the card that collectors only whisper about. A card that was never released. No one has seen it. No one knows if it exists.

The mall is dark. The plush on the shelves are only toys.

The Kunis are not.

• A dead 1999 toy mall to explore: the Kunimoto gift shop, a soft-play hall the size of a warehouse, a food court, an arcade, staff corridors behind every wall.
  
• Found footage: everything you see, you see through a late-90s camcorder. When the lights fail, the picture gains up into grain and murk, and your torch is all you have.
  
• Puzzles that belong to this place: stock lists, staff memos, broken attractions and the cards themselves. Nothing here could sit in any other game.
  
• Dread over jump scares: the Kunis are possible anywhere and rarely seen. When you do see one, it matters.
  
• Clat: a sad clown cat who is not like the others. He is scared. He is trying to help. Whether you trust him is up to you.
  
• Cards become real: collect them in the mall and play them to turn them into real objects that open the way forward.
