Your engine dies over an autumn forest at sunset. You survive the crash, but all that's left is rain, darkness and something waiting at the edge of your flashlight beam. Find fuel, start the generator and reach the rangers before the night swallows you.

About This Game

The engine dies in a crack of thunder, and the trees rush up through a wall of rain...

You climb out of the cockpit alive. The storm rages all around: heavy rain floods the forest, lightning tears the sky apart, and the roar of it pounds in your ears.

A fire lookout tower looms out of the dark. The radio works, but there's no power, and the generator in the shed is bone dry. You'll have to fetch fuel from the old gas station by the road.

Someone is wandering the woods tonight, creeping out of the darkness. But you have a flashlight — keep it trained on him and drive him back into the shadows.

The rangers on the other end of the radio, Curtis and Wayne, genuinely try to help. Well, almost. The North Bridge is down, the South Bridge won't last till morning, and the old ranger in the cabin hasn't checked in for ages. Maybe he at least left his car.

Features

  • One night in a seamless autumn valley: the crash site, the lookout tower, the gas station, the ranger's cabin, the road.
  • Dynamic day and night: a real-time sunset turns into a rainy night, and the storm grows worse every hour.
  • Light is safety — and your only weapon against whatever hides in the dark.
  • Tasks and gadgets: a fuse box, a combination lock, a generator, a stove, notes.
  • A stalker who circles, feints, cuts you off and plays on your nerves at the edge of the light.
  • Physical interaction: carry, place, throw, a flashlight with adjustable focus, vehicles.
  • Dark humor on the radio.
  • Secrets, cheat codes and a little something for drift fans.
