Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

Freakopoly is a board game for two adults playing together in the same room. Landing on a property owned by the other player gives you a task to carry out with your partner, and the tasks escalate as properties are developed: kissing and touching at the lowest level, named sexual acts including oral sex and manual stimulation at the highest. The two card decks work the same way.

All of this is written text. The game itself depicts nothing — the artwork is symbolic, drawn as engravings of glassware, curtains, ribbons and lips, with no nudity, no bodies and no sexual imagery anywhere in it.

Alcohol runs through the setting. Several board spaces and cards reference wine, champagne and bars, and one task involves pouring a drink onto a partner.

There is no violence, no coercion or non-consensual content, no drug use and no self-harm. Every prompt describes something for two consenting adults to do together, and what actually happens at the table is entirely up to the players.

About This Content

The Party Pack opens Freakopoly up to three, four, five or six players around one screen. The board, the money and the tasks are the ones you know. What changes is who's at the table, and who each task lands on.

Who's together

Before the night starts, the table decides how far each pair can go.
  • Everyone's in: any task can land on any two players, at whatever the property is built to.
  • Set each pair: choose a limit for every pair at the table.
Each pair is set to Anything, Flirty or Sit out. Flirty stops at the one-house task and keeps cards at their gentlest. Two players who sit out never get a task together, and landing on each other's property is a free pass. The limits can be changed from Settings at any point in the game.

How a bigger table plays

  • Turns go round the table in the order of the opening roll.
  • Rent is still a task between the player who landed and the property's owner.
  • Dares and Wild Night cards pair whoever drew them with someone they're allowed to play with.
  • When a favour is owed, the player who owes it chooses who names it.
  • A trade card can claim a property from anyone at the table.

Table cards

Two new Wild Night cards bring the whole table in at once: Down a Layer and Flash the Table. They grow bolder as the room heats up, and they're only dealt when nobody at the table is sitting out with anyone.

Made for a bigger table

Whoever's turn it is gets the full panel, with their money, cards and properties. Everyone else waits in turn order beside it, with their money and any standing order still running.

Played together on one screen. There is no online play.

Requires the base game, Freakopoly.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Freakopoly's artwork was made with generative AI image tools during development and then edited and finished by hand: the board illustrations, card backs, property emblems, textures and achievement icons, along with the store page and promotional images. Nothing else in the game is AI-generated — the writing is our own and the sound effects are licensed recordings. The game itself contains no AI. It generates nothing while you play and never connects to the internet.
