About This Game

Welcome to the team!

Grinny's is open 24 hours, and you've got the night shift: Monday to Wednesday, 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay is $7.25 an hour. The manager left you a note with the rules.

Read them. Then read them again.

Cook, serve, survive

Grill the patties, drop the fries, pour the sodas and get every order onto the red tray before the customer gives up on you. Keep the line moving, keep the grill from catching fire, and keep an eye on the statue in the dining room. He's supposed to face the front door.

Every night has new rules

Don't serve the customer with no face. If the voice on the phone is your own, hang up. Nobody is in the walk-in freezer, so don't open it when someone knocks. At 3:00 AM a car pulls up to the drive-thru: hand it an empty bag and don't look at the driver. Each night adds new rules to the bottom of the note, and something new that doesn't belong.

Features

  • Three night shifts, each with its own rules, events and visitors
  • A full fast-food loop: grill, fryer, soda fountain, tickets and tips
  • More than a dozen things that shouldn't be there, and a rule for each of them
  • 9 endings to find, plus a fight with Grinny himself at 6:00 AM
  • Slow night? Play GRIN-MAN in the arcade cabinet, try the claw machine, or play Snake on your phone. The clock keeps ticking while you play.
  • Low-poly, PS1-style visuals with chunky or sharper pixels
  • Checkpoints, so a broken rule only sends you back a little way

Contains jump scares, flashing lights and sudden loud sounds.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game was made with the help of an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). Its code, story, dialogue and on-screen text, and its procedurally drawn textures and artwork (including the store art and screenshots, which are rendered from the game itself) were generated with AI under the developer's direction. No AI runs while you play: character voices use Windows' built-in text-to-speech.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

Horror themes and frequent jump scares. When you break one of the rules, a supernatural creature kills your character; deaths are shown as a sudden jump scare followed by a text screen. There is no blood, no gore and no sexual content. Also contains flashing lights and sudden loud sounds.
