Why Early Access?

“In this game, many things about card effects and balance only become clear once people actually play it. We want as many players as possible to play from an early stage, and we will use their feedback to refine the balance and grow the card pool.”

“We currently expect Early Access to last about one year. This may change depending on feedback from players.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will add and rebalance cards, add more story content, and improve overall ease of play. These plans may change depending on development progress and player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“You can play online matches (up to 6 players, with NPCs filling empty seats), part of the story, and the tutorial from start to finish. Some cards currently use placeholder illustrations.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will be offered at a lower price during Early Access than the full version. We plan to raise the price once, when the full version is released.”

About This Game

Overview

A resource-gathering, deck-building board game for up to 6 players.
Place your companions on the board to gather resources, trade with other players, and buy cards to grow your deck.
Each round, lay up to 5 cards from your hand face down, then everyone reveals at once and resolves them together.
The first player to reach 10 victory points wins.

No dice: steady resources every round

There are 5 resources: fish, acorns, ore, grain, and honey.
There are no dice. Every round, a set amount of resources arrives from wherever your companions are standing.

Lay them down, line them up, reveal them all at once

The order you place your cards is the order their effects resolve.
"If a card that reduces resources went through in the previous slot, break even more."
"If someone increased resources in the same slot, ride along with them."
Reading what your rivals have played face down is a key part of the strategy.
