Aunt Opal has left you her little cabin in the hollow, her old rock tumbler, and Pebble the cat. Pack your bag and go rockhounding!

Rockhound Hollow is a cozy collecting game about hunting real rocks and minerals, the way real rockhounds do it. Every dig site is based on a real place, and every tool works the way it does in real life.

• Probe the creek mud at Keokuk, Iowa, and listen for the ringing clunk of a hollow geode!

• Spray beach stones on Lake Superior to reveal the beautiful bands of wet agates.

• Chip quartz crystals from red clay at Mount Ida, Arkansas, then carefully wiggle them loose.

• Wash, swirl, and flip your screen to uncover Montana sapphires.

• Pan for California gold and run a sluice for North Carolina rubies and garnets.

• Sweep a UV lamp over mine tailings at night to discover glowing fluorite.

• Split ancient shale for 500-million-year-old trilobites, detect meteorites, and hunt for diamonds.
